I have the same boot but with the round toe. I had the same issue with them being too tight, ordered a size up and still could barely get my foot in. They have since broken in and are some of the most comfortable boots I have worn. I only wear them on special occasions, but I love the look and feel of them.
Yep they are really nice and comfortable I know now with the insole it will give me the all day comfort of an ariat and they fit great so glad to have them.
I have a pair of the "lower" end Ferrini French cafe boots and those things are virtual tanks! They keep my feet dry, warm, comfortable in heat, fit true to size and they are comfortable. Aesthetically, they have are the shafts which are synthetic leather(the vamp is genuine cowhide)and the ornate stitching stresses that material causing it to flake off. This said, I am overall happy with the boots and the exotics shown in this should be an entire level above mine in performance. Point being, I think this is indeed an excellent value.
Great review brother. I have never heard of this brand and after your review, I checked out their website. Their American Alligator with the French toe looks badass
Great review man , one of the boots i'm going to be checking out for sure....i got a question: do you prefer thick socks or thin nylon socks with boots ?.. i was wearing thick socks with my boots for me they were uncomfortable. i actually got a tip from a rancher telling me to try thin nylon dress socks and which i did, they work well and less sweat .
Thank you very much for me. It all depends on the boots. I’m wearing the outfit slightly different, some fit tighter and some fit looser so I choose my sock depending on what boots I’m wearing being a cyclist I have a lot of thin socks that breathe really good so cycling socks are nice and better than dress socks some of my boots I have to be wearing thicker socks, because there is more room in them takes up about a quarter size so realistically grab a few socks and depending on the boot that you’re wearing see which socks work better with it now I know which socks to wear with each boots I have.
I bought a pair of Ferini boots, and they have this very strong chemical smell. I've had them for close on 3 weeks, and I still have to leave them outside because of the smell that stinks the house up. It's not a leather smell and it's not from wearing them, they came out of the box with that smell. I wish I knew how to get rid of the smell because I like the boots.
I agree with you and I know exactly what your referring too. It’s kind of a mix between leather and chemical smell and I really care for it but I assure you it’ll go away and I think several improvements are needed on Ferini boots and one of those things is the chemical dye they are using.
@cowboybootshatsandwesternl9663 At last. Someone who agrees. Everyone else I spoke to thinks it's a leather smell. It's definitely not. I'd like to hear what other improvements you were thinking of? Also what's the best value for money cowboy boots, just plain cattle leather and leather soles?
You mentioned you have a pair of Anderson beans. How does this counter compare to the Anderson beans? I have three pair of beans and I think the counters are super flimsy compared to my lucchese boots. 😊
Thank you very much. I can see that the Anderson beans are far superior in their counter and all around in the boots. I don’t think it’s even a comparison. Thank you so much for the great question and the support of the channel
@@cowboybootshatsandwesternl9663 you’re welcome, thank you for bringing us good content to watch and learn from. Interesting on that counter. I love my Anderson bean boots but if this counter is less stiff than the beams then it must really be a flimsy counter. Anyway thanks for the response.

Classy looking pair of boots. The one piece vamp is a nice touch. It’s to bad that they didn’t use a better and stiffer counter. Great review, Lionel.
Thank you Carol I appreciate it.

I wonder if mine are also fake?
Super clean and sharp boots! Love your boot review videos!

Really nice looking boot and very tempting!! After I move I may have to set up a closet just for boots lol 😂

So where is the new move going to be to?
@@cowboybootshatsandwesternl9663 I am considering a few places, Austin/San Antonio Texas metro area, Tampa FL area and TN, NC, VA.

Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for your support.
Could you do a review on the wrangler work shirt you got on? I always wonder how the fit is while doing chores.
Yes, I’m sure I could get one of those videos done eventually thank you for the suggestion and support

@@shermanclark9757 I can definitely say that the biggest downside of this boot is the counter
My question is why are they so cheap?
The more expensive boots are usually higher quality.
