Rujo is a Much Better Made boot than Lucchese. I have been wearing western boots since 1975 and owned boots from 20 different boot manufacturers. I have had Lucchese boots since 2000 and the quality has not gone up but down while the prices for the boots has gone up. I own 4 pair of Lucchese boots and will not buy another. The prices have gone through the roof and are now equal to Custom Made Boots, which I also have. Rujo is a much better made boot and at a lower cost and they also fit better. I love my Lucchese boots and my Tecovas, etc, but I will only buy Rujo boots from now on.

I have been wearing western boots since 1975 and have owned boots from 20 different boot companies and Rujo makes the highest quality boots I have ever owned. I grew up with the traditional soles with no cushion at all and was not sure if the “Cloud Walk” soles would hold up, but they have for the last three years in the 4 pairs of Rujo boots I own. I wear boots all day and walk all day long and the Rujo boots are the Best of All Time.

Old video but...Rujos are INCREDIBLE boots. But every time they send me the wrong pair (wrong color, or wrong size). Returns are a hassle. Having said that, for $400 you get a boot every bit as good if not better than a $1000 Lucchesse.

While looking at Ariat boots online, I found a boot I really liked the look of, but after finding out they were made in China, I changed my mind. I'm not buying Chinese made western boots!

I have that same george strait resistol 10x. I personally love the sweat band style, for me its very comfortable and keeps sweat of my face. I am getting me an American hat co straw hat this summer though.

About the 5 star, not all of them are from Mexico, some are made in Egypt i got 2 of those, same everything.

Long time Lucchesse wearer...just got 2 pairs of Rujos' (Kirby Caiman) and love them.

When I got my lucchese Charles they were uncomfortable on top of vamps. I soaked them with bickmore conditioner. That softened them a lot. Now they are very comfortable. I use the bickmore after each wear.

Looks like the right boot had a bit of separation on the sole up towards the picky-toe. Super sleek looking boots.

I just picked one up for fifty bucks in the sahara color. It will need a bit of a reshaping and a sweatband replacement but I'm glad I got it at such a good price.

The Rujo Trace are definitely a phenomenal boot. Especially for the price point. Mine fit better than any other boot I have ever worn. Very comfortable if you are on your feet all day.

I like them boots and i do not! mind the 3 piece vamp. Because of your video, I just ordered a pair to add to my 23 boots i already have .Dammit boy! I,m just a sucker for cowboy boots. Just saying.

Lucchese quality control is turds these days and they ought to be embarrassed for what they are letting out. They have lost me as a customer

I've owned at least 20 pairs of Ariat Fatbaby boots and although the soles wear out fairly quickly, they are SO comfortable that I just keep buying them. No break-in and as comfy as your favorite sneakers. I ordered the electric lime and bright turquoise on sale but haven't received them yet. Thank you for the fun review!! You made me want hot pink, too.

Wrangler jeans are my go to everyday wear jeans . I wear them all the time . For the times I need to get "down and dirty", I usually go with the Rustlers . But, it comes down to the nuts and bolts of cost and wear , it's about what fits and lasts . I don't see the need to spend $60 or $70 on a pair of jeans that has somebody's name on the back pockets , that charge a ridiculous price for their product ., when I can purchase quality clothes for 1/3 the price .

The regular price for a pair of wrangler is 90 euro, thats about 95 us dollar, in germany... If i get a good deal u might purchase a pair for 50 euro. Maybe i should order in the us, even with shipping i wolud pay less than ordering in germany Why?
