Russian educational residence permit. Scholarship in Russia

So let’s say you are an international student who has a bachelor in economics from a foreign nation and you want to do your masters in Russia are you eligible to apply for the temporary student permit or not
And is it a must that you do your masters in russian language to be eligible for this temporary student permit. Because I really don’t get the difference between extramural and intramural programs?.

Hello! Intramural study is called "очное обучение", extramural - "заочное обучение", mixed - "очно-заочное обучение". You need to ask the university if the program you're applying to is очное обучение or not. Some universities provide programs in English, but from the legal point of view they are the same.
