Another great video in trying conditions, that's a Red hind barking, she is trying to establish who you are, barking back will confuse them and get them standing, ideal for a shot
Another great vid with fantastic scenery as usual. I find yellow polarized glasses great for high glare/low light conditions, even the cheapies from Kiwi Fly Fishing. Also, when a fish has you by the knackers, under a rock or twisted in weed, have managed to get them out be feeding them line gradually. Twelve more sleeps!
Always one (or 10) more casts. That’s some beautiful water and would be mesmerising just to walk next to all day fish or no fish. Great vid. Can’t wait for opening!
Pretty much yes for me its wet wading all year altho there are some rivers you fish from in the river however I don't usually fish in those spots. Tongariro is an example of a river you stand in that you need waders for

very common for red deer to bark when there is multiple deer close (warning bark) stags/spikers will also bark its not just hinds.
