Check your map if a rooms flashing red there are still items in them. Carrying ink ribbons on you all the time is a waste of space as there is usually an item box next to every type writer except for the one in the dining room.

Better to smash buttons than to wriggle your controls to get dogs off you. Wriggling your analog stick does little.

Well that's not very nice. but I've never played the game before I'm sure most people have like 12 times since it came out.

No offence was intended ,It just looks like you aint taking it that serious. It's a hard game if not fully concentrating
