@@Day1Adventures Not all of the NCL ships have a Moderno, so if you plan to go on an NCL ship for this dinner option, check their specialty restaurants before booking. Just found this info: Moderno Churrascaria can be found on the following Norwegian Cruise Line ships: Norwegian Escape, Norwegian Getaway, Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Epic, Norwegian Dawn, Norwegian Gem, Norwegian Jade, Norwegian Jewel, Norwegian Pearl, Norwegian Star, Norwegian Sun and Pride of America.
I went to one in Los Vegas about 20 years ago. It was absolutely fantastic. I moved to Greece. They have good grilled meat but it is not quite the same. I went to one in Copenhagen, Denmark, but it was small and not as good.

I love Brazilian restaurants! There’s a great one in Tijuana and been to one in Louisville. Thanks for sharing!

There's Fogo de Chao in the San Diego Marina. I have to try it. Been to Salvador and Rio de Janeiro, and their food is the best in the world!

Aren't most steaks also beef? Lol.
You can also have pork, lamb, goat, kangaroo, donkey, horse, and mule. Mule used to be appreciated in France.
