Truffles are a very expensive type of mushroom. I believe they are found underground around/near the base of oak trees? I might be wrong about the tree type. But they probably used truffle oil or just shaved a little onto the burger somewhere. Not something you would eat a whole one sliced up.

What do I normally put? Ketchup, mustard, relish. What is my fave? Chicago dogs.

Shady Maple is OK, but to me it's too large and overcrowded. I like Miller's Smorgasbord down the road which feels more relaxed and civilized, and the food is of better quality. Nothing against Shady Maple. You've go to go there at least once.

Stopped watching after you admired the soda. Sugary drinks are horrible for our health leading to a wealth of issues including diabetes. Went to this establishment a few years ago and it definitely was nice but not worth the price.

Looks like a wonderful atmosphere, and the sodas and food looked fantastic. 👌
