Fogo de Chao - All-You-Can-Eat meat buffet experience has been on our bucket list for the longest time and we were finally able to make it happen!
We're not huge steakhouse or high-end restaurant people and eating out in Beverly Hills can cost a pretty penny, but to be honest, this place is worth the money and the hype!
If you choose to dine in at the Beverly Hills location, you'll taste some delicious Brazilian barbeque grilled over the smokey charcoals.
Don't forget to try literally everything at the salad bar, cheese bread (pao de queijo), grilled queijo coalho (grilled Brazilian cheese sticks with honey)!
Do you think it's worth the hype?

Some tips for those who want to go to a Brazilian Churrascaria:
1) Go to the restaurant on a completely empty stomach!
2) RESIST THE BUFFET! Do not put a lot of food in your plate, wait until the meat arrives.
3) ASK the server for any meat you want (if you want a specific cut, more well done, less well done etc)
4) Side dishes like Farofa and Vinagrete souce are just perfect for the occasion.
5) Do not leave the place without trying: Picanha, Maminha, Costela (ribs), Coraçãozinho (Chicken heart) and the Galic Bread.
6) You will find good pork and chicken, but in general the premium options are beef. Focus on this one.
7) In the end, ask for a Pineapple with sugar and cinnamon (It's sweet and it helps in the digestion of the food).

I feel sad for her not trying all she can and eating the salads. We as brazilians always skip the salad buffet and just wait for the meats.

You are very polite! Brazilians go to the rodízio with an empty stomach, to eat a lot! They eat no salad, no potatoes, no cheese bread, no polenta, no sausage, no chicken, they eat only meat, especially the best cuts of meat! We also drink a lot of beer or a good wine!
As a Brazilian I love Brazilian steakhouses, just wish they had one here in Corpus Christi Texas 😢

By the way, there's a unwritten rule every time you go to a churrascaria, which is: Don't exagerate on the buffet menu. Some people don't even take anything, just go for a empty plate. The reason is that you can enjoy more of the prime meat the servers are bringing, making worth your money.

Been going to that specific location for years and the meats are always good and well seasoned. But I'm even happier now that they'll be opening up a new location in the valley and can't wait!!

Yep, the churrascarias's servers are a different kind of server. It's seem like they all are very commited in the art of making you eat a lot xD. This is definitely true in brazil and apparently abroad.

Que delícia vendo esse vídeo, essa picanha, deu para ver que estava muito macia mesmo e é assim que quando vamos em uma churrascaria aqui no nosso país, (São Paulo). Todas as carnes quando os garçons passam são deliciosas mesmo e o buffet dispensa comentários. Parabéns pelo vídeo.

No Brasil não é típico uma coisa e nem outra. Nem mel e nem xarope sobre queijo coalho. Mel, melaço, "syrup" sobre carnes e queijo é coisa de americanos, inglêses e canadenses.
Esta gringa ou é vegetariana, ou prefere hamburg e salsichas assada na labareda para queimar por fora e ficar crua por dentro, que eles chamam de churrasco.
I would go for lunch because it's cheaper. There's plenty of food to eat on a lunch menu.
Tip: Avoid Chicken (try only the chicken hearts) and Sausage. Don't eat a lot of carbohydrates like rice and potatoes. And give preference to Picanha, Cow Rib, Rack of Lamb. Be sure to try Farofa

Eu nunca vi isso, e nós brasileiros preferimos perder o alimento do que reutilizar algo sujo. Até para comer um salgado, nós utilizamos guardanapos, somos bem exigentes quanto a higiene dos alimentos. O lugar que você viu isso não é confiável.

Eu fui na unidade do shopping center norte e não achei nada especial, buffet pequeno, carnes muito mal passadas (eu gosto) mas quem estava comigo quase não comeu... Em meio a tantas churrascarias ruins atualmente a Fogo de chão é a melhor.
