Pixel depends on dpi...you can have 4.5 x 3.5 in 200 dpi or 300 dpi...pixel will change accordingly.

Laakh Laakh shukar bhai tumara, sab kuch try kar chuka ta, ms pain pe, even jo `00 and 48 dpi wale b kara. wo b invalid nikle, tumhare ye dimensions jo mention kiye tum , correct nikle. last moment me khuda k jaise mil gaya tumhara ye video, Allah teri bhala kare bhai. bohot madad ayi.
one thing I wanted to share is that, jab dimensions dala ta aur image accept ho gaya, uske dpi 200 ta, properties check karne me, which is 100 more than the said limit to upload. but it got uploaded by he site.
