I’m debating on putting these in my js22

Watched your videos on the ET6, I get my ET7 tomorrow so I'm looking pumped, I bought a sterling JP150 to try out and trade in after I had my usa strat for 8 years and decided to get more of a metal guitar again. I of course will always miss my 2721z RGD prestige, so hopefully this ET7 makes up for me getting rid of that a few years back

Thanks for checking out the videos. Great to hear you are getting back into metal guitar. I have a feeling the flat radius and extended scale of the ET7 will make you feel right at home comparing it to the RGD, but the 5-way switch and arch top body will be a welcomed change.

@@shanem.3568 I will say my ibanez 2127z RGD was better at a near price point, it was a different guitar of course but this one is alright, I have a USA 2021 tele pro 2, a few nice acoustics, a 2002 highest quality dean vendetta and a prs se to match it against and I think it would be probably a better guitar with the bare knuckles and not the stock. I played it on a Marshall DSL40CR and now I play it on a EVH 5150 40w combo and it sounds good on this amp but it sounded less than desirable on the marshall. I've also used this guitar with toontrack ez mix, several of the expansions and neural dsp, several of those, including like 8 of the plugins and it was the hardest to get a good tone with in my opinion

Of course I've had like 13 ibanez guitars, maybe 9 or so schecters so I am a lil amazed with ibanez's prestige models. Of all the seven strings I had I played the Ibanez 7 strings more than anything

and the trem system with the adjustable thumbwheels are absolutely great for holding tune, I would dive and pull regularly and try to detune it and it would hold tune very well after going wild on it. I was really amazed with that guitar. This is the 2127z RGD, Aaron marshall from intervals has used this guitar and also Wes Hausch I believe plays a RGD version of it
