14 Years in Suboxone, I have never used again Heroin or any other ilegal drugs, I need this so bad, unfortunately. I Can not afford it, unless an angel comes and help me. I am from Puerto Rico, 2 Daughters, Suboxone took me out of Heroin, but now i am stuck to it for life.i have lost more in health with the suboxone than i have gained.I am playing the lottery to see if i win a small price to pay for this treatment, i have tried everything to get out and i have not been able to.

The saddest and most traumatic thing is that you basically have to be rich to get this kind of help. I've been praying, searching and hoping for a way out for years but the withdrawals are so bad, I can't even function. So I'm in a prison of having to take methadone OR ELSE.
There is literally NO ONE to help me. That's a horrible feeling to live with and know that you're stuck in this prison and, because of that, your life just WON'T ever get better and you have to accept the fact that your life is a living hell and you are doomed to stay in this nightmare forever. I can't barely afford food or gas in the car. What hope does someone like me have? All I want is to get this crap out of me but the withdrawals have me curled up like a ball in horrific pain, crying, sweating, shaking.. Who can go to their job this way? You can't. So you're FORCED to stay on the opiates. Either way, it's a miserable existence and there's no way out. Unless I can happen to magically come across twenty thousand dollars!!
In reality, we all know that even if this kind of treatment works, there is no possible way it costs them twenty thousand bucks to do it.
    Life in misery ☹️

I agree with everything you've said. I'm on methadone 7 years and I wish I could afford this but it seems like it's only for the wealthy and if they were such good people and good hearted you would think they'd make it more affordable, especially with all the overdoses in the world!😢

Agreed $20,000.00 USD is spent three times over on drugs in the totality of a year. However it should be more affordable for everyone as most addicts are dirt poor (like me) or there should be some sort of state funding for this treatment but with the amount of money the states make on serving up methadone as their 'cure' it will never happen. Methadone will elslave someone to the point they can not move cities from fear of being sick and not accepted into a new clinic for whatever reason. Plus methadone is 1000x harder to get off of than the initial addiction!

Is it just me??? It seems the replies I am seeing from ANR are the comments that are easy to answer and that makes the process wonderful. My question still, is, the cost and why everyone with opiate addiction cannot receive this treatment. Do they really have the means to help everyone with opiate dependancy?? And if so, why only the ones that can trade the $$ amount of their addiction for ANR? A $1000 a day opiate habit is crazy. In the deepest part of my addiction I did $50 a day. I can't even Imagine having a $1000 a day habit. Most addicts don't have that luxury. Most are begging for a bump to get them thru the day. Idk, maybe it's not making sense to me bc I had only a $50 a day habit. That was so I could work to maintain that habit that I acquired after being cut off of prescriptions for fibromyalgia pain. Smh

Some are buying expensive pills while you were likely buying the street version that’s much cheaper. Plus if they are “regulating the brain” I’m not sure how? They aren’t saying how that I’ve seen. I have a theory, but if they aren’t saying, I’m not. 😆 I wish it were factual and he sounds amazing, but I’m not convinced yet. @@free2beemee I had some colon issues for a couple days but that is nothing new for me with ulcerative colitis. BUT what I can say with out a doubt is that it works and I can 100% tell you there were zero cravings and zero withdrawals. I went through a rapid detox about 10 years ago up in Detroit and it was nothing like that. Coming off Suboxone is very tough and there was NO way I could have did it without this treatment, I have tried many many times. But when I was there I was under for almost 7 hours. Now I felt like I was ran over by a truck a couple times after they woke me up BUT that was the first time in 11 or 12 years I did not think about a pill as soon as I woke up. Now I had no energy for a few weeks and had some restless legs for awhile but like I said, 2 1/2 years and feeling awesome. Maybe a little heavier than I would like LOL but no pills what so ever. I understand your skepticism because I also was skeptical, but do your research and most of all call and ask questions. They are great people. I even went so far as to have my Suboxone Dr call them and ask questions because it was new to her as well. So just please call or heck you can even call me and I can answer questions about the procedure itself for sure. Take that step, I promise you will not regret it.

@@nofd1977 ok. I have Ulcerative Colitis. So I had some colon issues. Then besides that it was just low energy levels. Absolutely zero withdraws after. You do not have to worry about withdrawals before or during. Before you can take your opioids because you do not have to be in withdrawals like some places say. Then you will not remember a thing because you are out during the entire procedure. Trust me I have tried to quite many times from being on Suboxone for years and years and I have been completely clean ever since the procedure. I can 100% tell you it is amazing and I highly recommend. I was u see for a long time while they cleaned all my receptor’s of the Suboxone because it is apparently a little different than just opioids. NOW all of this being said you have to want to stop. Of course you can always find pills and take them so that is will power BUT it is not because of withdrawals I can say 100% because there will not be any. Please let me know if I can help in any way. I have had a few people call me with questions before the procedure and that is perfectly fine if you would like.

Yes, how much is treatment? That should be one of the first things they should tell you. As with any treatment that could help the world is not affordable by most. A $1000 a day opiate habit is no different than a $50 a day habit. In the end, all you're trying to do is NOT go thru withdrawals, bottom line. That is everyone's goals. If we didn't have to go thru that then most people would just quit on their own. Life would be great right? So there's this miracle treatment but only the wealthy can obtain it? It makes me sad that not everyone can have this treatment like on a sliding scale. Just seems out of reach for people like me. All I want is to feel normal once again.

    • @Mike_Spor

its the hospital bills that cost. and they wont take insurance. ANR clinic doesnt make much money on this. if the hospitals would at least take insurace for the stay, then the prie would be much more reasonable. but that's what happens when big pharma and methadone clinics run the programs...they want you lined up and paying out the ass for your whole life. tons of money in rehabs and treatment centers. its bullshit. there is a cure, and if it gets insurance covered, and then it becomes afforable...but then that would put them , the rehabs and sub/methadone clinics, all out of business.

  • @run2thefight

    My analogy would be …
Think of a pre opioid brain as a parking lot with 20 with 15 spaces with cars parked in them
You take the opioid and it fills up the balance of the spaces or receptors in this case would be five
As you continue taking the medications or opiates your brain in creating more parking spaces that would need to get filled before you experience pain relief thereby increasing your intake which in turn increases more and more spaces so that when you are out of drugs or pills you are in withdrawal because naturally your brain stops producing endorphins as it normally would when you are providing synthetic options.
So it makes sense that in order to restore the balance you must park a car in all the available parking spots or receptors and prevent the creation synthetically of new empty spaces.
