    Eat nutritious food
    Eat sufficient amount of protein
    Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day
    Lift weights 3-5 times a week
    Biggest mistake in fitness making is going too far too soon.
    People just want to start loading heavyweight and going ahead too soon.
    Be YOU Vs YOU.!
    Focus on things like your mobility, stability.
    Do squats, hing,push,pull, carry exercises.
    Recovery: Give enough time body to recover.
    Exercises like Deep stretches, Yoga, cycling etc
    Fix your behaviour to fix sleep. Meditation under sun 🌞
    Early dinner till 7-8
    Limit caffeine intake.
    Branchian amino acids affect sleep.

    Sir soya chunks OK to eat , I heard don't eat this, pls reply, I'm vegetarian so this is one of my source of protein

      Please start with walking - 1 Hours each Day - If you cant do at one go please break it down 20 Min
      Post your Main Meals three time a day - Eat less move more - Eat Right -
      And keep monitoring your visceral fat in every month
