You should make some videos on managing a team, communicating and how/where you learned how to lead the crews. You definitely have excellent talking skills and confidence. I struggle with social skills and communication in my business
Dude, we’ve been wondering how you guys are surviving up in the Soo with those CRAZY storms of the century. I can’t imagine what we’d do with that amount of snow 😅 you got fans down here in southern Ontario, thinking about you and the team. Hoping you’re getting some sleep in between battles!
The blockage with your debris loader could be caused by a non smooth transition between the smaller and large hose, make sure you have a tapered reducer with no rough edges on the inside that debris can accumulate in. Also make sure you have a good mix of air and material, you need the air flow to keep the debris moving. I would change the discharge spout to a round pipe, that is at least equal in diameter to your pick up hose. I have done debris clean up for over 30 years, mostly insulation from attics, but the concept is the same. A good fabricator should be able to fabricate a suitable discharge spout. When your hose plugs, you can always turn the hose around and connect it backwards to your vacuum inlet.
Stefano you should demo an LS tractor and Kioti tractor to show the people why not to buy a gray market machine hope you guys have a productive and safe season.
the 2 things i would have looked into, would be to see if you could get a more power into that engine that runns the debree suction. or make the feeding bigger. i think for youre use its abit to weak
Love the branding on the trailer and lawn trucks, need to get that white truck wrapped! I’ve seen some where they split the whole truck front to back so the left side is lawns and the right is snow. Also feel like the tractors branding is a bit hard to read, maybe need a background or outline on the white lettering? Loving the content from a rainy Scotland 🏴
Yo Stefano, I see you all are rolled out in a large scale. Is there anyway we can get a POV type thing of a operator with like a GoPro mount on a hat or one in the tractor? Would be cool to watch your crew as they fly around plowing the driveways!
You need a bigger blower. Our boss man but a blower with like a 20-in hose. So much better for breaking up leaves. I've been there done that. I know how to run this stuff
Use those big blower properly and efficiently. Start at the back with blowers and blow every inch systematically in a walking grid pattern. Wide open Throttle, there is more then just leaves your supposed to get. Sticks nuts, maple keys, ect. Come on down to Southern Georgian bay and we will show you how to do it right and efficiently. Our results speak for themselves
With my experience with pneumatic grain handling equipment, and looking at the hose setup at the very end of the video, that smaller hose is definitely your problem. It's cutting your airflow by half.
New subscriber question, why blowers and not plow blade? Have to hand it to you, smart young man. Do you own all your equipment? I'm on the south shore of lake Ontario, know all about the snow.
I hate to say this but I have seen the scrap that the new norman live edge is doing and is clean to the asphalt or concrete its putting CYCLONE Snowblower to shame =( and that with 2 ft of snow even
Ur trying to be a schmooze with the workers. And stop punching your hand. It echos into ur mic and is very annoying. But ur the big kaduna so continue touching ur staff on their bodies. How much hr do u pay ur men. Is it minimum pY rate or much much more
Always awesome watching a Northern vlog. 💯✅️
Thank you!
We have a brand new (38hrs) Billy Goat 37hp debris loader. Clogs like crazy. Wear liner is already toast

I wish I was living in ontario, be part of the snow army :)

Dude every time I check the weather I see you guys getting absolutely pounded!! Praying for you guys bahahaha
What’s up man glad to see your posting again hope u had a great thanksgiving 🦃👍
that red rake with the cool metal teeth I wonder what kind that is? 35:22
Finally you posted 😊
A shorter hose on the debree loader will eliminate the clogging because with a longer hose the engine is working harder

Saw one of your pickets in a picture from a friend from this week with the snow you all got.
What do you guys do with all that equipment in the spring and summer.Ever thought about buying an attachment for mowing and brush cutting.
Pleasure to watch your growth and adventures . Is this a video from a month ago you just posted? ,here in Barrie we got hammered with snow already .
You need a diesel-powered sucker. That's what that is with a 20-in hose that goes down to. Like maybe a 16-in hose better than your system
vids go crazy 🔥
Based on my experience with my debris loader. The shorter the hose the better.

Can you use a chimney sweep tool to push it through the narrow part?
I found best way is to run it at like 75% power then if you get a jam you can crank it up to clear it .

The smaller tube is cutting down your air flow, if you get rid of that and run just the larger tube of the same length that won't plug as much.

Hey men canta esa máquina impresionante
Let's GOO!
