Seems like every second house in the P Patch has a set of Northern Snow pickets in the drive way. You'll hit your milestones in no time. Keep up the grind bro

Stefano you should look into tireject for the mower tires I've used it on a grain cart that weighs 30 tons and not leaking anymore used on lawn equipment tires are bald now no leaks and when they do need replaced washes off with a pressure washer easily

Airless tires just sounds like another expense. I would just get that special goop stuff that you put in tires, and it immediately seals any holes or leak.

Hi Stefano, Brian Quinn owner of Quinn`s Four Seasons Lawn Service. I was watching your video. have you tried doing a X blade set up on your toro`s? Ballard Industries sells the adapter of setting it up. I use a medium lift blade on the bottom and a gadder blade on the top. I Started using that set up and was amassed at how well it cuts and how the grass clipping are chopped up and how minimal the grass clumps coming out the discharge. I run 2 TORO Multi Force with 60" decks and come fall I we switch them over 2 stand on blowers , with the TORO PRO FORCE Blower attachments. I have owned My Lawn Service for 20 plus years. I really like the way you look out for your workers. awesome job. I would like to road trip up to check out your operation' just need to get that enhanced driver license. Brian Quinn

Everyone sould be responsible for their equipment early fridays is mantainance the employees can do their own oil changes i was working for a well service co. And we did 100 hour oil changes on the trucks and frack trucks the mechanics took care of the larger problems just a suggestion .

Can you please not keep the blade shaperner in the spot you have it? It's throwing sparks/metal shaving out onto the people below. It's only a matter of time until someone catches metal shaving in the eye.

That or someone drops a blade and it injures someone below. Especially on the ledge a blade can easily get push and fall below. At the very least build a back stop and that will add to safety and avoid any possible blades from falling below

An employee that can't talk much english can be a liability . I would make sure their understanding and communication is competent , like you tell them what to do they can understand with out translation . And be able to communicate any problems and able to chat with the other employees . Just thoughts
