Without that office staff there’s no jobs, you can try saying without you those jobs don’t get done but the fact is there are endless people that can do your job but few that can do the office staff jobs, that’s why you are the lowest rung on the ladder..

I will look back and see if you have already done one, but I would love a detailed and in-depth video on starting your own (USA viewer so you dont have to worry about competition business :)
There's a farmer by me that the first couple years he was using inverted snowblowers he ran them on the back of 83 and 8200 John Deeres in town doing residential driveways before he finally picked up smaller tractors. Kinda funny to watch.
8300 would have over 200hp at the pto, engine should be easily 300hp. Those larger JD's are built in Waterloo Iowa. Your 6110M's come from the Mannheim plant in Germany

This will be my 2nd year in snow removal and I am only 17 and have the funds for just one deisel plow truck for now. I heard you say you are doing 1 on 1 calls.
