New subscriber to your you-tube channel and am enjoying every bit of it. Your parents raised a very strong entrepreneur with great leadership qualities with positive vibes something that is very much needed when leading your company. Anyways stay safe out there and have a blessed day and praying for your dad. Aloha from Kansas

Without that office staff there’s no jobs, you can try saying without you those jobs don’t get done but the fact is there are endless people that can do your job but few that can do the office staff jobs, that’s why you are the lowest rung on the ladder..

Just found your channel. Love the grind!! Would you do a video dedicated to starting your own lawn care and snow removal business? I will look back and see if you have already done one, but I would love a detailed and in-depth video on starting your own (USA viewer so you dont have to worry about competition business :)

There's a farmer by me that the first couple years he was using inverted snowblowers he ran them on the back of 83 and 8200 John Deeres in town doing residential driveways before he finally picked up smaller tractors. Kinda funny to watch.

8300 would have over 200hp at the pto, engine should be easily 300hp. Those larger JD's are built in Waterloo Iowa. Your 6110M's come from the Mannheim plant in Germany

Hey Stefano. Ive watched most of your videos, if not all of them. We are not too far away from you boys in Guelph Ontario. Im looking to essentially replicate the business model that you have. This will be my 2nd year in snow removal and I am only 17 and have the funds for just one deisel plow truck for now. I heard you say you are doing 1 on 1 calls. What does it take to get on a 1 on 1 call with the goat. Looking forward to your response. Thanks, Jack from Maintenance Moose

I also understand how competetive it would be to get on a call with you which is why I think it would be huge if I could record said call and post it for more people to see unless you dont want to leak the sauce

That tractor is around 200 horsepower. John Deere started using the last 3 digits as the horsepower number in 2011-present First number is still the series
