Offlink - does it not mean away from Link and standing alone without a link?. I think the Title needs correction . May be " Unusual Links " would be a better choice

Locos not intended to haul a train on routine basis are known as offlink loco. Wap 4 being old technology will slowly get replaced by wap 7.

Normally a HWH wap 7 hauls hwh raj but sometimes gzb wap 7 or ajni wap 7 may haul it. So ajni wap 7 is an offlink.
