Mery pas EARTH company ke 2 pumps joined hn 150 psi ka sticker he, 4.5 to 6 A likha he current. But working karty samay is ka running current ampere meter se naapa to around 3.7A to 4A fluctuating karta he. Is ko 6A tak jana chahiye? Yani 4A multiply 12 v to ye 2 pump mila ke 48w banta he. Os it normal ya wo sticker ghalt lgaty hn?

Dear bro the less pressure is not due to the fault you shown but due to the 4 "O" rings that are fitted at the in and out valves which get harden due to the chemical we use after every use wash the pump means run the pump with clean water for a minute and while storing use to fill the pump with lubricant and cap the mouth if possible greece the bearing generally the bearing is zz category and need no greecing for long time.
Dear bro, the reason you are telling may be correct to some extent, but whenever I repair the pump with low pressure or zero pressure fault, I do not change the valve because the valve given by the company is original and The valve of the spare parts that I put in is not that good so I use only the bearing housing of the spare parts and the pump works as before with good pressure. So you tell which parts was the problem?
Sorry bro you didn't get the point. I just point out the 4 "O" rings which are there at the mouth of holes not the valves. Just open them and reverse with a little greese. The bearing is rolling in the plastic socket giving a to and fro motion not sliding and therefore the chance of corrosion of the socket is almost nil until the bearing get jammed. Your trick is just increasing the to and fro movement a little bit it just like pushing hard the handle of a hand pump to drink water which have a leaky washer.

If you mean very small black rubber rings at valve yes they are there but they are fixed very hard on pump. Should I just grease them or need to remove them and place again??
Or can I just put wd40 silicone spray on the valves to get lubricant effect?
