The smiths house is a 5 bedroom not a 3 bedroom. It has 3 rooms with people and 1 bedroom that’s stans office and another that is his plate collecting room
the plate collecting room is like the Simpsons back room. its only there when it needs to be, and stance office is a office. there not labeled as bedrooms so its 3 bedrooms. i have a siting room in y house so its bacillary a 2nd living room but its called a siting room
You missed a big pay out for Stan in season 7 episode 9 Stanny Tendergrass. He throws the golf match at the end and gets 200 grand from Rogers bet with his friends at the country club
I live in Langley Virginia and I can tell you that a house over here of that caliber is easily about a million dollars, there is a very high living cost over here.
A 3 bedroom house with a pool and a couple bathrooms and floors would cost nearly a million or more in the langley/great falls area, but Stan would also earn and much more substantial income, closer to 250k a year.
You forgot a few things... Some of which seriously mess with timelines... 1. Stan was in the army, as we find out when Steve is to sing the national anthem on veterans day. 2. The entire time between Francine's 39th and 40th birthday Stan moved she and him to Prague, and attempted to destroy George Clooney, hiring an entire staff to help. I'm sure there are others, but that has two major things
Stanford is worth nothing, all his loan money was spent, Stanley is probably worst 100k-500k since he doesn't pay taxes, he also has charged 10+ dollars for tickets to the mystery shack for 30 years with townsfolk going what seems like every day, and now I'm assuming that they both get a "retirement" fund from Soos once they sell the Shack to him making him owner, and I have to assume that They've both made a couple thousand to 10s of thousands going treasure hunting. But hey, I could be wrong, ask Alex Hirsch
@@Nameless82284 I highly doubt Ford is worth anything, he doesn't buy any clothes, he continues to live in the shack he doesn't buy new equipment, and Stanley already spent all of the loan money, any money I could see him getting is from Stanley or when they sold the Mystery Shack
Excellent idea- he is basically the wealthiest character in the show, after all. And he is shown to own a lot of things- a basketball team, a Cable building that gives every house in Dimmsdale cable and also has a broadcasting studio, a dome that hosts pretty much every sporting event in town, and even a restaurant.

Stan seems to be the type of guy who knows about the value of compound interest and investing. You should make it so he is earning an average of 6% return on his savings year over year
But 30 years ago you would be spending about $230k for the same house. I don't get how there are so many comments saying this.. he says in the video they would have bought the house in 91 with a standard 30yr mortgage that they would pay off around 2021..

they cover that when Charlie dies and Allan inherits nothing and loses the house. Charlie had 3 mortgages on the house and something like 30k to his name I believe so they had to sell his house for a loss and any other money he had went to covering that loss. That's how Waldon ends up buying it and living in it.
Remember the episode Rodger gave him 400000 dollars to throw a golf game he spent roughly 250000 on the country club membership and assorted stuff for three days to a week before quitting and he didn’t use the seven grand he’d previously had for said membership
But have we forgot to account the worth of the firearms that Stan owns. Some of those rifles he has are worth a pretty penny especially the full auto ones like the AKM given to his son for “Christmas”.
