Stanford is worth nothing, all his loan money was spent, Stanley is probably worst 100k-500k since he doesn't pay taxes, he also has charged 10+ dollars for tickets to the mystery shack for 30 years with townsfolk going what seems like every day, and now I'm assuming that they both get a "retirement" fund from Soos once they sell the Shack to him making him owner, and I have to assume that They've both made a couple thousand to 10s of thousands going treasure hunting. I think it's also notable to mention that wealthy people tend to exhibit "tight-wad" tendencies...for example, my grandfather was worth around $6 million near the end of his life, and remained a penny-pincher to his death. The myth is often that wealthy people live lavish lifestyles while the exact opposite is more often true. Stan complains about money and the cost of things because he's spent his life building wealth by being thrifty.
However, let's not forget that he definitely doesn't always adhere to that, which contributes to the narrative dissonance of the show!

Holy shit i totally forgot they died in that one episode and stan got his own personal heaven and thats basically the show after that point. All of it is in stans head so that could kind of put together the whole reason why nothing makes sense and nobody ages if you wanna try and make an actual time line out of this

You just forgot that Francine got a job as a news anchor, where she would have made a lot, They also had times where Roger paid gave them a lot of money (rich old roger) and also when they tricked the salt company for tons and tons of money. Apart from those small things I think you got everything

Bowie5_8 LOL, I paused the video just to say the same thing. I live in the DMV, and there is no way the Smith house today would cost $230K in Langley. Maybe back when they first bought it in the 90s it would have been, but absolutely not in today’s housing market. Like nope.

I'm getting into a sitcom from my youth again.
It was a really funny show, REBA from the WB.
Rewatching now, I have a few questions.
Reba is divorced and gets 20 percent of her Dentist Ex husband's income from his practice. She lives in a big beautiful house and has 3 kids a son in law and a grand baby living with her. She mentions blending 2 mortgages into 1 and eventually gets a job as a receptionist as a rival dentist office. Her ex has a condo that gets rented out when he's not living in it, buys another house for his new wife 3 doors away from his ex Reba and gets a new Lexus every other year. Season 4 he puts his practice on hiatus to pursue pro golfing and shows Reba and Barbra Jean a check for winning a tournament.
Fun idea?! I'd love to see your video on this show and I think many fans would find and enjoy this video also. Thx
