Tips
1. It's recommended to use the power adapter provided and batteries both, and the batteries are used for an emergency when the power is cut off.
2. The package comes with a desiccant bag, it is recommended to replace it every 1-2 months to keep the food fresh.
3. If you'd like to feed more than 2 cats at the same time, it is recommended to choose our splitter with stainless steel bowls.

Thanks for this video, I was having a heck of a time trying to set up the current time and the feeding times. I think I got it, only time will tell.

Does not work for my white version of this feeder. Whenever I touch the settings button (after holding the lock button for 3 seconds) nothing happens. The screen goes blank and I have to keep fiddling with it. Will look for the manual.

Actually we NEVER gave her dry food for reason that all we know ( pet’s kidneys) but it is really handy to have the option for our absent.
Have it for 1 day and the feeder doesn't dispense food already. Glad I stayed up to check if it works or my cat would have starved all night

Does anyone know if this would be okay for a cat that needs an anti-vomiting bowl? My cat used to vomit quite a bit until and I raised her bowl off the floor on an old toy she had, and the vomiting has stopping I'm wondering if I will run into this issue with this, I've always wanted one but I'm afraid it will make her start vomiting from how low it is does anyone have any experience with this. Thanks, in advance.
Hi if I set up feeding time #1 and #2 will it feed my cat two times a day everyday going forward or will I have to go and change it every night

Hi there, sorry for the late replay. If you've ever used wipes to wipe your panel, please allow the feeder base to dry for 2 days before plugging it in to see if the feeder starts working properly.
Seems like you skip a step when setting current time. When I hit the lock for 3 seconds, and then setting, and then +/- it just goes through the 1-6 option to set time...
I want to feed my cat twice a day. How can I do? Now it feeds 6 times a day.

@@PETLIBRO Please do some closed captions or go slower. I'm trying to set two feedings per day. AM and PM. I can only seem to set up AM on 6 days. How do I fix this?
