I've put loads of engines in bikes but these gas gas ones are a bit of a ball ache for how small they are lol. How many man hours did you put into that down pipe came out real nice love ING the gezza support
Yeah it took a while very happy with that pipe
Only a small thing, but the air filter will work much better if its oiled before fitting.
Yes this will be done before first ride along with gearbox oil coolant etc 👍
@fozinwozz9738 Lots don't oil air filters for some reason. Cheap trolley jack is perfect for fitting motors by yourself. Did you repair the back box?

Don't like welded plates in alloy
@fozinwozz9738 The extrusion the back boxes are made from is available. Using parts from the original, not that hard to make a new one.
