Only a small thing, but the air filter will work much better if its oiled before fitting.

I've put loads of engines in bikes but these gas gas ones are a bit of a ball ache for how small they are lol. How many man hours did you put into that down pipe came out real nice love ING the gezza support

Nice one looking good just built my engine only one problem was the gaskets the one for the two halfs of the engine wasn't the best and I was getting a big air leek right by the reed valve some instant did the trick lol RIP Jim you where a life saver with all your posts I really needed them let's hope they never get taken down

I like the "Rust-easy" sticker on the back, most appropriate. Get yourself a Vivaro. Far better engines, cheaper spares, more reliable, cheaper to buy and NO RUST. If you go post 07, no cambelt. A much much better van. Hand painting and a black roof...you should stick to bikes mate.

Had a mk 3 transit hand painted by a mate who used Johnson's paint he used a very good quality and very old brush brush older the better he said , and he also used a 1 in 4 thinner he also warmed the paint up in a pan of hot water he kept the paint warm and his technique was to randomly brush the first and in places the second coat on very thinly making sure to not go in same direction then on final coat he layed it on in one direction and believe me you couldn't see the brush strokes it was amazing it took 2 days to paint but totally worth it ,you can't beet Johnson's paint for a DIY car paint

So I picked up a 1990 aprilla looks just like that and I can't figure out how to start. Cleaned the carb, fresh oil. And new spark plug. What's going on can u help

I had one the bloke had kept it immaculate got him down from £1000 to £900 left a happy man had two years of fun on it sold it for £1100!

Hiya been watching your channel for some and have 4 gas gas and a beta I have one that I was thinking of breaking as its a bitser wrong forks leavers and so on don't know if you would be interested in the engine as it runs then you could sell on the engine parts which are not needed .if so what would you offer cheers cary could send video and pictures of it running

Hi Fozz, First thanks for sharing your great work.. Do I have to unscrew the fat ring with one of them tools you modified in order to replace the seals ?, or does the golden tube come off with the old seal if I just pull strong? Thanking you in advance…
