Great little video on my local hill. Was up there on Saturday taking part in the Charity event as 25% of the money raised was going to the local path group who help maintain the footpaths around Pitlochry. It was especially busy!! There are some great ‘off piste’ routes up and under snow it’s a great outing.
Well done on getting involved in the charity event especially with the money going to two great causes 👏 I'm glad you liked the video and hopefully it shows what a cracking wee mountain 🏔️ Pitlochry has to offer, I will certainly be back in the Winter 🥶 months to explore some more, cheers atb Brian 👍

Hi Brian, Ben Vrackie is a favourite of ours and certainly has its share of tourists wondering up the path. It's an excellent goto top when the weather isn't playing ball and has many route options for an extended day. This summer has been a pain and it looks as if we are crashing into Autumn already but glad you had a clear top and a good wee look around Perthshire. Good one 👍 Cheers

Great video again, Brian. Skye and I did it back in April, but skipped the circular path which I now see was a mistake. Even back then it was very busy, but also very windy at the summit. It's a good well maintained path up there even being quite a steep one. I used it as a way to kick my mountain legs into action again after the winter before taking on the Munros later. As you say it's a good beginner's walk. ATB Karl from Denmark.
Aye the wee circular is a nice wee escape from the popular route ,a cracking wee mountain 🏔️ and yes Karl pretty steep and ideal preparation for the big boy's 🏔️🏔️🏔️ beautiful vantage point and yes an Ideal beginners walk 🥾 thanks again Karl atb Brian 👍
