I've not watched a lot of modern wrestling, and especially Japanese wrestling, but i feel like this was a good showcase for this Daiki Inaba. Overall a nice match with good pacing.

Good on Rene for keeping in such good shape, aside from the tattoos, he looks almost identical to how he used to look when I last saw him wrestle back in WWECW in 2007.

I don't know what's more fascinating - Rene being in his 30s, an actual prime, while being around for 2 decades already or Masato Tanaka still going strong after those FMW and ECW wars.

Can't tell me AEW wouldn't benefit from having the likes of Dupree working as an agent and on screen talent. Smooth as fuck, looks awesome and is a credit to wrestling.
The japanese culture is very respectful they clap are not annoying like Crowds in USA

Nice match. I liked the exaggerated laugh from Rene after the early collision. Wagner looks like a really good worker.
Only thing that confused me was the ref. First of all, his mask makes him look like a luchador or something. And secondly I didn't understand his psychology. Is interference allowed? Is there no time limit for how long a partner can be in the ring? Or was he just inexperienced and was trying to stay out of the match, and let it flow?
And Rene looks in great shape, and really at ease jumping out of the ring.
If AEW had any sense they would make Rene their champion! He’s way better than Moxley or Punk! And more charisma!

Rena is a loser. Lmfao just kidding man don't kill me. Man in the day he was such a heel in WWE. That kind that really pisses you off. I always thought him and Cena should have been feuding lk Roman vs brock at some point. Orton Cena ... Not sure why they didn't push him higher as a singles heel guy. I really think he's technically sound as well for a big man. Those lariats don't look fun though lol.
