What direction should the 12v fan be facing? Should be facing in the direction where it sucks in or lets out?

That thing will absorb half a fart at best.
You need to have about as much carbon as you started with to have any real effect, you could crush in to tiny pellets and put them between the layers of the masks instead of using pathetic amounts of carbon dust.

The useful information gleamed was that expensive activated carbon can be made at home but aside from that this video is a flop proven at the point where he sprays the little box with gold spray paint effectively creating a dazzling neon sign that states "foreclosure".

درود بابک جان وقتتون بخیر. خواستم واقعا تشکر کنم بابت این دستگاه تصفیه هوا. چون من این دستگاه رو برای داخل پرینتر سه بعدیم برای تصفیه بوی رزین لازم داشتم و حالا دیدم که میشه خودم درستش کنم.....واقعا سپاسگزارم.....این دستگاه شما انگار هوا رو از قسمت بالا جذب و از قسمت فن دفع میکنه درسته؟
