  • I have been training since the past 3 years, and after trying soo many exercises i have found the best workout split and exercises for myself that gives me the most insane mind muscle connection and the best pump.
    I follow a Push/pull/legs split and because of it i can train my each muscle twice a week which is ideal for a Natural Lifter, so in this video I will be sharing My Leg Workout with you in which i will be explaining my routine in Detail.
    This is my Legs Workout that i have been following from the last 8 months, and i have seen some crazy changes in my physique.

      I'll recommend that you should not do it in the beginning because your muscles will get fatigue and you'll not be able to perform exercises in a good form with a decent weight . Keep going king 👑

    Do u repeat this push pull leg everyday means 1 hour push 1 hour pull 1 hour leg per day I don't know I am a beginner

      I do push:monday, pull:Tuesday, legs:Wednesday and then repeat the same on Thursday, Friday, Saturday

      As u say u do sets eg. (3×15) .so after doing chest excersice, u on the spot compelte the chest excersice sets or complete other 4 excersice first and when u complete all 5 excersice in that order u do rest 2 sets
      Means 1st set done with all five excersices
      Now repeat in same order the other 2 sets.
      Is that way?
