THANK YOU for your videos. I moving to WA in January from NC. Though we are not looking to purchase a home necessarily, you have provided good information about the different areas pros and cons. Otherwise, I've only gotten information that has generally had me dreading moving across the country 🙃
This would be a great video if I could tolerate watching it: the sound effects are so distracting and annoying. I mean this to be helpful, not rude, as I actually think the content is useful and more people may watch if these aspects are adjusted.
Bought my house in UP in 1993 for 136k. Today it's worth 650k. Property taxes are high though. Schools are some of the best around. City is relatively safe. Crime is minimal. Police Department responsive. Fire Department top notch. Parks and trails are great. Golf is big. Views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains spectacular. Mt. Ranier towers from the east. UP has one of the oldest Pistol and Rifle ranges in Washington State within its borders. Roads are walkable. They need work but are being slowly upgraded. Overall, life in the city is pleasant!
