I had a uncle who flew the P-61 in the pacific theatre of operations,it was a night fighter witch was used as a dual role after they saw how well it performed but it was designed and produced as a night fighter, thanks for your videos...
Oh yeah Tim. I have finished it and it looks really awesome. Such a beautiful black plane. Cant wait to take her in the air. I can just imagine low flybys and a lot of zooming... Cheers, Robert
My father was in the USCG during WWII, told me that he was on a attack cargo ship, that delivered P-61's to Guadalcanal island, in early 1944.......always loved the Northrop P-61 Black Widow, cant wait to see her in the air.....
Hey C. Interesting that your father saw this baby in real. It looks very nice. Awesome plane even in foam version. Oh yeah... I have assembled it and it is great bird. That black paint is just fantastic. Cant wait to do the maiden flight and to see some low flybys... Stay well and see you soon my friend, Robert
I think the P-61 Black Widow is the most ominous (scary) looking plane from WW 2. It was the first carved wood model that I ever built when I was about 10 years old. There are a few of the real ones still in existence. One used to be in a courtyard at a university in China. Another was found in the jungle of Papua New Guinea about 10 years ago and was planned for restoration (I don't know if that was ever finished). The model is beautiful and does justice to the real thing. Good luck with it.
Thanks Donald. And I must tell you that now assembled and all fixed it really looks awesome. When I first saw this plane I decited that I will have one no matter what. Cant wait to test it and I can just imagine her at low flybys. Oh yeah... So stay well and see you soon, Robert
Oh yeah Roy. I was really happy to get this baby. It is assembled now and it looks just great. Cant wait to do the maiden flight. I can just see the plane at low flybys... Stay well and see you soon, Robert
Well maybe a few mistakes but she's going to be a knockout in the air!! Men you are going to need a new building for all your new airplanes. Happy New Year Boys!!
Thanks David and happy new year to you too. I have assembled the plane, fix all that needed to be fixed and I can tell that it really looks awesome. Awesome in that black paint... Cant wait to take her in the air. It will be a video to remember. I hope ;) Stay well my friend and see you soon, Robert
I agree this is a great plane, it meets all the demands of warbird lovers and is not expensive. A few years ago, when there was no Chinese production, none of us average (read poor) Rc flyers could dream of such a model .... so .... Brothers Robert & Blaž .... all the best!
Hey Louis. Happy new year to you and your family too. And I can tell that I have assembled the baby and it looks fantastic. Cant wait to take her on the runway and for some zooming at low flybys. This video will be great. Oh yeah... Stay well my friend and see you soon, Robert
Happy New Year from USA! Very nice airplane and nice to see servos attached. Dynam ... Check everything and Glue it. Retracts, maybe . I think on 4S you will have fewer issues. ................... bill
Bom kar po domače. Vajini posnetki so mi všeč, ker so izvirni. Andrej
When I got my Dynam Waco PnP, there was an empty box included in the package as well. Its probably meant for the transmitter if you bought the RTF version. I do look forward to watching the flight videos of your new birds. Also, i think it would be nice to see both you and capt Blaz fly together and get some nice formation fly bys on video.
Hey F. Like you said, I have bought the second Spektrum transmitter so we will be able to fly planes at the same time. And we will this year. Oh yeah... Stay well my friend and see you soon, Robert
Thanks Jay and all the best to you too in 2018. And I cant wait to test this awesome black plane. Oh yeah... Soon my friend, very soon... Stay well and see you, Robert
This is an interesting and cool plane! Nice choices, just keep in mind with dynam planes you have do a few extra things to get them built right, they often have seam gaps that need a little extra glue as well as the paint is fragile and chips easily, god forbid any ca kicker gets on the paint it will ruin it, coat the painted parts before building it if you can to avoid the paint blemishes, cheers from Colorado !
Thanks Mike for the tips. I have assembled this baby and I must tell that it was the hardest ever. Nothing fited well together. The instruction manual is very poor and some begginer would never assemble this bird. I have filled all the gaps and the baby does look awesome now. But at the end I broke one of prop shafts so now I will have to make another before I can test the baby. But I will fix that also and we will see the truth about this plane. But like I said, with that black paint it is just fantastic looking plane. If the Freewing would make this baby than this would be the ultimate double motor warbird to buy. So stay wee my friend and see you soon, Robert
Hey Richard. Like you said this baby is really great. I have assembled it and it looks perfect in that black paint. Oh yeah... Stay well and see you soon, Robert
The Black Widow has always been one of my favourite planes, she looks Awesome, it's such a shame about all the damage, but I know you guys will sort it. Looking forward to seeing her fly.
Hey George. I have assembled the baby and it looks awesome. There was a lot to do and it was one of the hardest assembley ( nothing fitted well together ) but she looks fantastic. That black paint is really good. We will test it soon. Very soon.... Stay well my friend and see you, Robert
Robert.... some of the cheap Chinese birds are STAND OFF SCALE.... that means it looks great when you stand way way over there. Great video and HAPPY NEW YEAR friends.
Like you said K. This baby should be better for the price. But I have assembled it, fixed all needed to be fixed and it does look awesome now. Really... That black paint is just perfect. Cant wait to test it on our runway. I hope soon... Stay well and see you. Cheers, robert
Hey Davie. I have assembled this baby and it looks so good in that black paint. Oh yeah... It is almoust ready for the maiden. I can just see her at low flybys... Thanks for stopping by and see you soon, Robert
Dynam planes are not perfect,I know that buying them. Sometimes I think they are factory seconds for another company but not. I really like that plane, flaws aside. Dynam trys,I give them that. If they could just do better qc. and actually test fit parts before shipping. Motion RC has gotten into the habit of inspecting the planes they get before sending them,if they dont meet their standards, they dont send them. Banggood doesnt care and sends whatever they get from Dynam. I know as a fact the when Motion RC first started selling Dynam,it hurt their business, because they were not checking their shipments. People got discouraged and started refusing to buy from Motion. Thats why I buy from them now, they check all boxes, any plane that doesnt meet their qc,gets returned for credit. Motion realky has come a long way from a few years ago. Watch Banggood, they ship without checking the planes.
RC Hobbyist Extreme I agree %100, I like doing business with Motion, they take care of their customers the right way, they know how passionate we are about planes.
DeucesWild RC Check out my You tube channel under my same name RC Hobbyist Extreme,I just made a video on a Dynam plane I snagged up just before Christmas. I will be posting another on a blade helicopter I just picked up. Will be making the video in a day or two.
Like you said R. I would be good if someone checked this plane before shiping it. They should not sell the plane in this condition. Its new and it should look like new. But I have fixed all problems and the plane does look awesome now. I have broke the prop shaft so we will have to make another. But the baby will be in the air soon. Oh yeah... Stay well and see you my friend, Robert
A very nice one captain robert ,i have this plane in warthunder and its a beauty :P . Hope it will fly well as it does in the game especially the elevator authority.
the name is richard (39) and i watched almost all your video's want to get into rc flying but in my hometown there is little room for this. i have 3 planes but never flown them. 1 the opterra. 2 the dynam cessna182. 3 T2m salto edf glider. love your channel and learning heaps here on youtube. keep up the good work and wish you all the best for 2018.
It looks a bit of a handfull, Dynam are on a roll at the moment, between the marauder and this ,which one do you prefer, most people would only have room for one or the other, also it looks almost like a pre production example ,a less experienced flyer would perhaps not have the skill to prepare this properly ,but i love the Dynams
Like you said S. I really expected to get better plane. A lot of mistakes all arround and a lot of work to do if you want that it looks great. But now all assembled and fixed I must say that it looks just awesome. That black paint is just cherry on the cake. Cant wait to take it to the runway and see her at low flybys. Oh yeah... Sorry to see the extra work this thing will take but man the P-61 is cool plane , I think Flightline should do a 1800mm of this bird , I would be all over the pre order button !
Like you said S. I have assembled it, fixed all that was needed to be fixed and it does look awesome now. And if the Flight Line or Freewing would make this baby in 1.7 or 1.8m wingspan, than that would be ultimate double motor plane to buy. I just love that black paint. Like I said in the mig video, check the screw anchors that holds the wing down to the main fuselage. With all the loose glue I would definitely check those to make sure they didn't pull apart making the slots they are in wider. They should be a tight fit flush top end bottom
Like you said Matthew. I had a lot of problems assembling this plane becouse of that. This was the hardest assembley ever. Nothing fitted well together and there were gaps all over the plane. But I have fixed that and now the plane looks just awesome. Awesome... Cant wait to take her on the runway for the test. Oh yeah... Thanks again for the tips and see you soon my friend. Cheers, Robert
Good looking plane but those issues with poor glue...that shouldn't be like that. Seems to me that Dynam planes are not that good in quality control. You can fix all of it very easy but that is not the point, fixing brand new plane. Good luck guys and Happy New Year.
Like you said Gorazd. I have assembled the plane but I had to fix a lot and that is not something that you should do if you buy new plane. But it looks good. Very good...
