S3 owners take note- the dual exhaust makes for a more involved install. You'll need to lower the muffler to squeeze hitch into place. I unbolted 2 rear hangars. Notches will need to be ground/cut to clear sport exhaust solenoid on passenger side and a small notch on driver's side for inside exhaust pipe clearance. On my car the forward holes in frame required extensive "opening". Otherwise, it fits great.
