Captain Domo said before the season starts the the PCR square was there for the hype final-fight square that contestants go head to head over at the end of the match. So far, that hype final-fight has been the Putrescent Knight.
A hard match for parky. She is a good player, I think she could and should challenge some plays on the board instead of giving initiative on most tasty squares right away? At least try it. And CBD is just a machine. His execution is always a spectacle.
She's definitely shown that she has become quite good at planning and board reading, but unfortunately I think her mechanics and is some cases knowledge are just... not enough to compete with some of the better players like CBD
I think I know why the Putrescent Knight bug that Domo is talking about @1:19:30 happens. I believe in a Zullie video, they talk about how the Putrescent Knight is actually duplicated, one duplicand performing the Knight animations, and the other performing the Horse animations. There are many different options for how they could be handling the stagger bar when the boss dupe gets added, and what happens when you add to the stagger bar in this state, but it is probably something to do with the boss potentially having two separate stagger bars for that animation sequence, or an oversight with not adding the appropriate amount of stagger to the clone, or not using the correct value when the clone goes bye-bye.
OK - time for a new rule here, which I already suggested once: the one, who jinxes a contender, eats a whole onion on live stream - Mitch for jinxing Parkies hitless for example... Or Mitch jinxing the Putrescent Knight fight for both of them... And he is even happy about it... 😱
Would it be possible, with the stars on the board, to show what the players have starred, like a little red/ blue star, to see what they're planning? Somewhat like the numbers for the squares, or would that kinda ruin the speculation of it all?
It's 7 AM for CBD, that's inhuman. He was kinda lucky here, it could cost him against better opponent. It's insane that he will play against Chris in a possible match for the first place at 7 AM again.
I'm not sure if the DLC Tree Spirits are being counted as bosses as the squares just says 3 Tree Spirits, and nobody has done them for Base Game Boss in DLC... But I feel like using the fire bonus damage with Fire Spark on one of those or maybe even Tree Sentinel, might be faster/easier
Domo you keep saying in every video "the perfumer bottle not doing that much damage" but like, the only good one wss nerfed into the dirt and they never did good damage with basic attacks, especially without the perfumer talisman and elemental buffs
@jame.paints I don't think he has a grudge either. I just also don't think he uses them at all, so he's not fully aware that this is actually just how they perform now. Keep in mind, when dlc was released, they had like septuple hit boxes, and fromsoft went and fixed that so the damage is actually just SOOOOO much lower, and on account of his lack of experience with that particular item, I just don't think he realizes that it's not really an observation, as much as it is common knowledge
I don't know what FromSoft was thinking with the bottles. They invented a whole new weapon class that's really cool in concept, but the damage is so bad that I doubt many players are ever going to use it.
@theomnitorium7476 yeah it's unfortunate. I was lucky enough to be there when the lightning perfumer bottle performed in all its glory, 1 shotting every single boss in the game. While that may have been too much, they really should go back and buff the bottles to at least match the performance of average weapons
@@vraolet Right, but the one in the DLC is just an enemy. If we counted every enemy that was a boss elsewhere, then the scaly misbegotten by the forge, the miranda blooms, the demi-human chief (not queen), the golem in Rauh, every tree spirit, and the Tibia mariner would all count.
Uh oh, that's BALLZ.

Starting out with decent vitality is helping CBD so much 😂😂

4:36 Domo telling us about locations on the map that he doesn’t realize we can’t see. 😬
no spoilers here!!

Cbd shouldn’t have been given the mausoleum square, he got the armour after he travelled back a following time, probably academic but worthy of note

Na parky is the best, there aren't stronger opponents
Nice match and video again, cheers
nice shirt dom
No "Tree incident" have happened
at this point I'm wondering if using the poison perfume bottle on a regular boss isn't just faster than dane.

getting confusing trying to keep track of these matches between the vods and the actual matches....

Didn't CBD locked himself out of "Kill a Base Game Boss in DLC" by killing Bols and not marking this square?
Bols is a boss in the base game? I didnt even know that 🤔
"Bols" is not a boss in the DLC. Needs to be a boss in the DLC too, to make it count. Although I do understand where you coming from
The troll knight is just an enemy, not a boss.
