I am SO GLAD Mari has a friend group in this story as opposed to her befriending the entire class like in the show. It feels more realistic this way. I also really like that we see more of Adrien's and Chloe's friendship in this
Meh, I can pull off having the entire class in my friend group in about a few months. One of Marinette’s best traits is her charisma so it would make sense, I think it would’ve been a really good parallel to Lila who lies to get friends (or well, “tools” from her perspective ig) if they had actually tried to write the show.
I feel like in the mlb world it actually is fairly reasonable for the whole class to be friends/really close classmates with her because they’re like constantly facing threats against their lives together and the class isn’t that big? Plus she stands as a mediator for all their problems and their class representative so she’s super well informed on everybody’s interests and preferences
It’s incredible how a random girl in a basement managed to write a much more interesting, cool, entertaining, emotive, dramatical and overall a better storyline than a whole gang of profesional writers

my problem with miraculous is precisely the fact that Master Fu chooses TWO TEENAGERS (they were not even 15 or 18 yet, but 13-14 years old) among all of them in Paris! I liked the fact that in the trailer of the new movie it looks like Marinete is going to find the miraculous, something similar to Ben 10, and that it will treat something "A little more serious" about the bullying that she goes through by Chloe.
Now that you mentioned "Ben 10", would you like to read a really good fanfic of the original series ? It's called "Ben 10: Dark Mirror". I didn’t think I’d go back into my fanfic era at 23 years old but I’m loving it 😂 this story is actually enjoyable compared to the frustration of the show. It’s such a good concept but done so childishly in the show. This keeps a lot of childlike joy but acknowledges serious moments. I’m only an hour in and it’s such a fun listen!!
When it ended, it felt so short not realizing I was watching a 4-hour length video. I'm glad I used my spare time watching your version of Miraculous ladybug!
I feel like the location of master fu’s base should’ve been remote or hidden somewhere close to but outside of the city because the thought of heroes going to some open building for no apparent reason, like if gabe just was walking through Paris or one of his acquaintances saw that happen then the secret would be obsolete, so I feel like the base should be at least in a more hidden part of the city
I actually never specified where his base is haha In all honesty, though, his base is his house and Gabe already knows where that is. I guess it would be difficult for Fu to just find a remote location and move away. In any case, I always imagined Fu's house to be in a more secluded part of town rather than in the dead center. The point still stands, though. You're right on how suspicious that is. And I may or may not address that in the future 👀
Every time I think about secret locations in cities i just think about the sewers. Like imagine if master Fu just lived in the sewers teenage mutant ninja turtles style.
I think the voices and looks changing is a very good idea. I think it would be really cool if it changed depending on the person. So an Aphrodite situation basically. The luxe and voices would change, depending on what the person viewing and hearing the heroes expected from a hero. It would also explain why so many people would believe lies about people being superheroes, because once they hear that lie, they would start subconsciously seeing resemblance from the hero to the person that lied.
After the season five finale I more than ever think they should scrap the show and start over, fire the current writers and get new ones who actually care about the characters and don’t think 14 year olds are irredeemable. Then they should hire you. Honestly I think they should make Adrien the main character like his arc is a lot more interesting and his connection to the main villain should have gotten front stage in the finale. I think making Felix and Adrien twins could be interesting too. Like imagine a season ended like this Felix finds out his brother is Cat Noir and someone maybe Ayla finds out Mari is Ladybug. It would be so funny like imagine Adrien asking Felix to be him while he needs to be Cat Noir. I would also imagine Ayla and Felix having a conversation like “I don’t know that don’t know that I don’t know who Cat Noir is” then she replies “Yes and I don’t know that you don’t know that I don’t know who Ladybug is” then the two of them cringe at the interactions between Mari and Adrien
I agree with you that the show just needs to be scrapped. For me personally I just really don’t like that Adrien isn’t human anymore. That bothers me so much. There’s so many chaotic things in this series it boggles the mind. I don’t know how anyone can have feelings at all in this series because everything is so chaotic. 😅

Gosh, the plot and character development you gave them is so amazing! ❤ What I absolutely love about the rewrite is that people in Paris actually fear Akuma attacks. It's as dangerous as a war and personally I know how much panic and chaos it causes. But in Miraculous people were always so calm about it, which I found very unrealistic. :^
I theorize the calmness might have something to do with a coping mechanism they created after multiple victories by the heroes part. Besides, in the season 2 finale, they stood up against as many villains as they could, kinda winning. I think that would greatly increase people's self confidence. Honestly, I'm not surprised they stopped being afraid after a while.

I love everything about this rewrite. Without Astruc's childish mindset (especially when it comes to his use of Chloé and Zoé) present, this show is actually something I wouldn't mind having in my Netflix playlist. A couple of observations: -I'm a bit surprised Zoé is older here. I always assumed Audrey had her during a moment of unfaithfulness, so I can only wonder when did she have her here; -I'm incredibly glad and grateful you're building a ship between Luka and Chloé. I've been wanting to ship them for a while; -I didn't exactly have a problem with the american heroes. I mean, with so many myths and legends about the Miraculous heroes, it's not too hard to believe there would be people trying to replicate the heroes on their own terms. My problem was, however, the lack of a origin story that could put that element of connection and of an explanation why they aren't as active as in the comics (an issue I've been addressing with my own fanfic); -While I appreciate your redesign of the Kwamis, I personally think giving them more unusual appearances meant to be poor attempts at replicating humanity would be a bit more interesting, but I'm gonna save that for my own rewrite; -Finally ! Actual chemistry and equality ! Oh ! And thank you for restoring my love for Nino. After that episode in season 5, I've grown a deep hatred for him due to how unproductive and amateur his plan was, and yet, he could justify all of that lack of profissionalism and unnecessary damage so easily. Lila and him are honestly perfect for each other ! -Again, I don't see a problem with the Rabbit miraculous (I have an obessession with the number 3, so I want at least three miraculouses being the most powerful of all), though I will admit maybe it and the snake should have been made into some sort of special miraculous. Like, one needs the other to manage and unlock power, while the main ones create whole new powers once used together (again, here's another obessession of mine, the concept of balance and mirrors of sorts).

About part 1 (that's how far I've watched up to) ... You can make it so that in your version, some of the characters aren't even in her class or don't even attend the same school... Some can find their miraculous and become heroes/villains/Anti-heroes that way while others are given a miraculous (or even stolen one)

DUDE I was just slowly warming up with this story but one you got NINO - the chillest dude ever to snap at ALYA, proceeding to keep collapsed debris from crushing them with his back (which i might say this works perfectly with his Miraculous being a turtle and it’s hard shell) made me audibly shout in excitement!! THIS is character development, though I prefer slow burns and longer accumulation for him to snap, I think it works well, especially when you’re just summarising the events of the story. This was amazing
I absolutly love this rewrite but I personally think we got introduced to rena waaay too soon I think the dynamic between Cat Noir and Ladybug as a duo could've been explored a little more but don't get me wrond I love this and it's a thousend times better than the show
Fair enough! The way I'm doing this story is that I want to take away all of the filler and just get straight to the point lol. I want every new point to count and for there to be at least semi-real consequences. Realistically, I think Mari and Adrien would become exhausted from doing all of this hero work on their own quite quickly and that one of them would become desperate enough to do something stupid. So this is me saying, story-wise, that it didn't take long for Marinette to break haha. Anyway, thank you

21:20 I actually made up another bunny power yesterday. It gets the teleporting ability, the user would have to place "spots" so it can teleport to them. (Just call it Rabbit holes) You can also have an ethereal plane junction place all the holes are connected to. (Looks like the time travel ability kinda, only a spot could lead to somewhere in Iowa)

regarding the population of Paris: to be fair, the Paris despicted in the show is notoriously empty :p I mean, personally that's a problem I got with the show, it's a VERY theme park version of Paris - and I would know, I live there.
I LOVE this series. The story, voice acting, drawings... EVERYTHING! And I love how my boi Cat Noir/Adrien is finally getting respect and even faces his father unlike in S5. Bo words can describe how much I love this!! I also love how you're giving Chloe another chance.
If Chloe met Zoe before she met her mother in S2, I feel likeChloe and Zoe would became best buds. Zoe is like literally the person Chloe always wanted to be. She is even oppisite of their mother. And Adrien and Sabrina are also her mother's opposites.They are kind and loyal to her as much as they can. That's why she likes them. And who else is her mother's oppisite? Well, Marinette of course. I kinda feel like Chloe personally bullies Marinette because she refused to be her friend. Just like Marinette didn't wanted to be Lila's friend in the episode "Chameleon". Marinette refuses to be friends with bad/rude people. And I think this really hurt Chloe. She's not evil. She just needs friends.

I can think of a technically infinite ammount of miraculous that could violate the rule demanding death (for example a miraculous of the concept of dissertio, a Latin word for disconnection and severance)
I just thought of a way to improve the Ladybug Miraculous. What if instead of being restricted to a yo yo, the user gets to create whatever weapons they want to fit the situation. I think this would work quite well with the whole theme of creation.
Not gonna lie, I was kind of expecting a kung fu panda type of situation as to why Gabriel didn't get the ladybug miraculous. So instead of Master Fu losing it, which could still happen just without Gabriel's knowledge as it makes the most sense as to why marinette gets the ladybug miraculous, Master Fu could instead find Gabriel not yet ready or even worthy due to his obsession with getting both the cat and ladybug miraculous so he can use the wish to bring back his wife. This could then cause Gabriel to try and steal the ladybug miraculous, only to see a teenage girl as ladybug which would then lead to him steal the butterfly miraculous as he could use it's power to get back the ladybug miraculous. As for the peacock miraculous, it could have belonged to Gabriel's wife who could've also trained with Master Fu which is how the two met, that way if she's dead he would already have the peacock miraculous in his possession just like in the original.

Also the more I think about it, as someone who grew up watching W.I.T.C.H , I could totally see this show not only working but being a big hit.
I'm only one hour in, and I am already so amazed by this extraordinary rewrite. I watched the movie last week and didn't really like it... It had problems with its short length and the musical aspect wasn't convincing either so I thought, maybe the series which I started watching in 2016, but of which I never saw the final two seasons would be better. I was completely wrong, at the beginning it seemed okay (I kinda said it was a kid's show, thus it doesn't have to be perfect, but then I remembered that there are shows like Gravity Falls and Avatar which are too meant to be for kids). When I watched the finale, I was so furious, because of so many dumb decisions the writers took, that I immediately looked for answers on the Internet. I found interesting vids and saw this amazing rewrite. The only thing I would criticise is that Adrien and Marinette seem to find about who they are too early... IMO it would be better to have some episodes in which they can bond and build up a connection. Nevertheless, this is by far the best "fanfic" and if this had been the overall story of Miraculous it would have been 100× better and more intriguing to watch it (note, I'm one hour in 😂). Thanks for giving me something very nice to listen to. You deserve the likes and the views and my sub :) (When is part 2 coming out? - PLSSSS make one)

@TheArtisticAloubell I think he discovered the butterfly and peacock miraculous on a trip to Nepal with his wife and Natelie with a the book of holders and elixirs. Presumably Emile wore it while it was damaged by the destruction of the Miraculous Temple and went into the coma after being ill for a while(Adrian had mentioned that Natalie had similar symptoms to his mother and that after the trip to Nepal Emile start to become weaker)

I feel like in the mlb world it actually is fairly reasonable for the whole class to be friends/really close classmates with her because they’re like constantly facing threats against their lives together and the class isn’t that big? Plus she stands as a mediator for all their problems and their class representative so she’s super well informed on everybody’s interests and preferences

my problem with miraculous is precisely the fact that Master Fu chooses TWO TEENAGERS (they were not even 15 or 18 yet, but 13-14 years old) among all of them in Paris!
I liked the fact that in the trailer of the new movie it looks like Marinete is going to find the miraculous, something similar to Ben 10, and that it will treat something "A little more serious" about the bullying that she goes through by Chloe.
Now that you mentioned "Ben 10", would you like to read a really good fanfic of the original series ? It's called "Ben 10: Dark Mirror". It's pretty much the Omniverse's version of DC's Earth 3 (or "Injustice Gods among us, in case you're familiar with that:
-The heroes and villains have their roles reversed (and I must say they look and act WAY better in those roles);
-The Tennysons are still the good guys, but things are...complicated in both their relationship and psyche (particularly the kids' psyche);
-Kevin joins the group earlier;

I feel like the location of master fu’s base should’ve been remote or hidden somewhere close to but outside of the city because the thought of heroes going to some open building for no apparent reason, like if gabe just was walking through Paris or one of his acquaintances saw that happen then the secret would be obsolete, so I feel like the base should be at least in a more hidden part of the city

In all honesty, though, his base is his house and Gabe already knows where that is. I guess it would be difficult for Fu to just find a remote location and move away. In any case, I always imagined Fu's house to be in a more secluded part of town rather than in the dead center. The point still stands, though. You're right on how suspicious that is.

I think the voices and looks changing is a very good idea. I think it would be really cool if it changed depending on the person. So an Aphrodite situation basically. The luxe and voices would change, depending on what the person viewing and hearing the heroes expected from a hero. It would also explain why so many people would believe lies about people being superheroes, because once they hear that lie, they would start subconsciously seeing resemblance from the hero to the person that lied.

After the season five finale I more than ever think they should scrap the show and start over, fire the current writers and get new ones who actually care about the characters and don’t think 14 year olds are irredeemable. Then they should hire you. Honestly I think they should make Adrien the main character like his arc is a lot more interesting and his connection to the main villain should have gotten front stage in the finale. I think making Felix and Adrien twins could be interesting too. Like imagine a season ended like this Felix finds out his brother is Cat Noir and someone maybe Ayla finds out Mari is Ladybug. It would be so funny like imagine Adrien asking Felix to be him while he needs to be Cat Noir. I would also imagine Ayla and Felix having a conversation like “I don’t know that don’t know that I don’t know who Cat Noir is” then she replies “Yes and I don’t know that you don’t know that I don’t know who Ladybug is” then the two of them cringe at the interactions between Mari and Adrien
I agree with you that the show just needs to be scrapped. For me personally I just really don’t like that Adrien isn’t human anymore. That bothers me so much.

What I absolutely love about the rewrite is that people in Paris actually fear Akuma attacks. It's as dangerous as a war and personally I know how much panic and chaos it causes. But in Miraculous people were always so calm about it, which I found very unrealistic. :^

I theorize the calmness might have something to do with a coping mechanism they created after multiple victories by the heroes part.
Besides, in the season 2 finale, they stood up against as many villains as they could, kinda winning. I think that would greatly increase people's self confidence. Honestly, I'm not surprised they stopped being afraid after a while.

I love everything about this rewrite. Without Astruc's childish mindset (especially when it comes to his use of Chloé and Zoé) present, this show is actually something I wouldn't mind having in my Netflix playlist. A couple of observations:
-I'm a bit surprised Zoé is older here. I always assumed Audrey had her during a moment of unfaithfulness, so I can only wonder when did she have her here;
-I'm incredibly glad and grateful you're building a ship between Luka and Chloé. I've been wanting to ship them for a while;
-I didn't exactly have a problem with the american heroes. I mean, with so many myths and legends about the Miraculous heroes, it's not too hard to believe there would be people trying to replicate the heroes on their own terms. My problem was, however, the lack of a origin story that could put that element of connection and of an explanation why they aren't as active as in the comics (an issue I've been addressing with my own fanfic);
-While I appreciate your redesign of the Kwamis, I personally think giving them more unusual appearances meant to be poor attempts at replicating humanity would be a bit more interesting, but I'm gonna save that for my own rewrite;
-Finally ! Actual chemistry and equality ! Oh ! And thank you for restoring my love for Nino. After that episode in season 5, I've grown a deep hatred for him due to how unproductive and amateur his plan was, and yet, he could justify all of that lack of profissionalism and unnecessary damage so easily. Lila and him are honestly perfect for each other !
-Again, I don't see a problem with the Rabbit miraculous (I have an obessession with the number 3, so I want at least three miraculouses being the most powerful of all), though I will admit maybe it and the snake should have been made into some sort of special miraculous. Like, one needs the other to manage and unlock power, while the main ones create whole new powers once used together (again, here's another obessession of mine, the concept of balance and mirrors of sorts).

Monkey : clone himself
Mouse : shrinking
Snake : Second chance ( But user first have to lock his jewelry the time he want to come back then he can come to that specific time, but time gap get longer it cost more energy)
Bunny : Teleportation
Horse : Fast for short time
Dog : Immune against powers like cataclysm
Bull : Power same as original show tiger but not punch it is his horns.
Tiger : Become more skillful fighter also make enemies less confidence
Ngl, some of these powers are kinda buns.

About part 1 (that's how far I've watched up to) ... You can make it so that in your version, some of the characters aren't even in her class or don't even attend the same school... Some can find their miraculous and become heroes/villains/Anti-heroes that way while others are given a miraculous (or even stolen one)

DUDE I was just slowly warming up with this story but one you got NINO - the chillest dude ever to snap at ALYA, proceeding to keep collapsed debris from crushing them with his back (which i might say this works perfectly with his Miraculous being a turtle and it’s hard shell) made me audibly shout in excitement!! THIS is character development, though I prefer slow burns and longer accumulation for him to snap, I think it works well, especially when you’re just summarising the events of the story. This was amazing

The way I'm doing this story is that I want to take away all of the filler and just get straight to the point lol. I want every new point to count and for there to be at least semi-real consequences.
Realistically, I think Mari and Adrien would become exhausted from doing all of this hero work on their own quite quickly and that one of them would become desperate enough to do something stupid.
So this is me saying, story-wise, that it didn't take long for Marinette to break haha.

21:20 I actually made up another bunny power yesterday. It gets the teleporting ability, the user would have to place "spots" so it can teleport to them. (Just call it Rabbit holes) You can also have an ethereal plane junction place all the holes are connected to. (Looks like the time travel ability kinda, only a spot could lead to somewhere in Iowa)

but everything else. i love how you made the plot of the story about gabriel and master fu making them have more of an interesting backstory and how gabriel know about the miraculous and the relationship towards master fu. i also love how geniune and human like you made all the characters especially chloe, Adrien, Marienette( sorry wrong spelling, I don't watch miraculous ladybug that much) , their teacher ( i forgot her name always TwT my bad) , Nino, Alya, Zoe, and Natalie.
i especially like how you make the characters more aware on the surroundings and make situations where some of their actions cause consequences where they can learn from. and also some humor on the story where between ladybug and cat noir felt really human like but the same time have fun with it. also godeym i appreciate how you made some characters like the teacher, alya and gabriel attentive on their understanding of what's actually going on than not ever minding what really were the clues that makes a clear better picture of what's going on.

And Adrien and Sabrina are also her mother's opposites.They are kind and loyal to her as much as they can. That's why she likes them. And who else is her mother's oppisite? Well, Marinette of course. I kinda feel like Chloe personally bullies Marinette because she refused to be her friend. Just like Marinette didn't wanted to be Lila's friend in the episode "Chameleon". Marinette refuses to be friends with bad/rude people. And I think this really hurt Chloe. She's not evil. She just needs friends.

I can think of a technically infinite ammount of miraculous that could violate the rule demanding death (for example a miraculous of the concept of dissertio, a Latin word for disconnection and severance)
I just thought of a way to improve the Ladybug Miraculous. What if instead of being restricted to a yo yo, the user gets to create whatever weapons they want to fit the situation. I think this would work quite well with the whole theme of creation.
I like the idea of that, only for Ladybug though.
Not gonna lie, I was kind of expecting a kung fu panda type of situation as to why Gabriel didn't get the ladybug miraculous. So instead of Master Fu losing it, which could still happen just without Gabriel's knowledge as it makes the most sense as to why marinette gets the ladybug miraculous, Master Fu could instead find Gabriel not yet ready or even worthy due to his obsession with getting both the cat and ladybug miraculous so he can use the wish to bring back his wife. This could then cause Gabriel to try and steal the ladybug miraculous, only to see a teenage girl as ladybug which would then lead to him steal the butterfly miraculous as he could use it's power to get back the ladybug miraculous. As for the peacock miraculous, it could have belonged to Gabriel's wife who could've also trained with Master Fu which is how the two met, that way if she's dead he would already have the peacock miraculous in his possession just like in the original.

I'm only one hour in, and I am already so amazed by this extraordinary rewrite. I watched the movie last week and didn't really like it... It had problems with its short length and the musical aspect wasn't convincing either so I thought, maybe the series which I started watching in 2016, but of which I never saw the final two seasons would be better. I was completely wrong, at the beginning it seemed okay (I kinda said it was a kid's show, thus it doesn't have to be perfect, but then I remembered that there are shows like Gravity Falls and Avatar which are too meant to be for kids). When I watched the finale, I was so furious, because of so many dumb decisions the writers took, that I immediately looked for answers on the Internet. I found interesting vids and saw this amazing rewrite. The only thing I would criticise is that Adrien and Marinette seem to find about who they are too early... IMO it would be better to have some episodes in which they can bond and build up a connection. Nevertheless, this is by far the best "fanfic" and if this had been the overall story of Miraculous it would have been 100× better and more intriguing to watch it (note, I'm one hour in 😂). Thanks for giving me something very nice to listen to. You deserve the likes and the views and my sub :) (When is part 2 coming out? - PLSSSS make one)

I think he discovered the butterfly and peacock miraculous on a trip to Nepal with his wife and Natelie with a the book of holders and elixirs. Presumably Emile wore it while it was damaged by the destruction of the Miraculous Temple and went into the coma after being ill for a while(Adrian had mentioned that Natalie had similar symptoms to his mother and that after the trip to Nepal Emile start to become weaker)
