In Late 1999, WCWwas starting it's long, long, LONG spiral, down the ole Toilet! How they managed to stay in business until 3/26/2001, is way beyond me! Most of the storylines were puke-awful! In 2000, when Sting and Vampiro feuded, it was a tough time of things, to be sure. There were other things, such as "The New Blood", and "The Millionaires Club", that were tried, but nothing worked all that well...and that's me being kind here! They tried, and tried, and tried, but to no avail.

WCW was in the hole because of Hogan, Hall and Nash.
Not only did they take a big chunk of WCW's profits but they took a lot of air time away from the lower roster.
All up and comers were kept down.
The Flock, the New Radicals and the Cruiser Weight's should have had a bigger roll than they got.

The Hangmen should have been their Tag Team name maybe with even The Hangmen challenging other Tag Teams like Harlem Heat and The Steiner Bros almost in showcase matches before the bigger rivalries like,
The Steiner Bros vs The Hangmen
Rick/Scott Steiner both facing the Hangmen on an episode of Nitro could allow them to take frustration off before their Tag Team match against The Outsiders or Harlem Heat.
    Harlem Heat vs The Hangmen
Booker T/Stevie Ray could face The Hangmen in a Tag Team match to push a storyline too between Harlem Heat and The Outsiders or The Steiner Bros.
