- Get restaurant quality yeast rolls right at home. This quick and easy recipe is one that you can use over and over. Total time is about 2 hours due to rising, but hands on time is about 30ish minutes. The rolls freeze well and are quite tasty with honey butter, cinnamon butter, or plain ole butter. I'm from Miami Florida, I'm a retired 5 star chef cheesecake factory and joes stone crab located on South each. I got hurt my back and my legs goes numb if I stand more than 5 minutes. I will love following your channel I baked rolls 12 cakes and 16 pies for thanksgiving
