Everyone saying how bad of a guitarist he is doesn’t know anything about music. This is HIS style. He knows how to play guitar and play exceptionally well! What you see in this video is not what other known musicians do. That’s the point! The point is not to sound like other guitar players.

How could anyone say Mick Mars isnt a great guitarist. He has been the main sounding force for one of the biggest bands in the world for nearly forty years. There isnt one bad Motley Crue song in any of their albums. If anything Mick Mars is totally underrated. Vince has the coolest sounding voice that is unique, Nikki Sixx is a genius at the bass, writing the songs and music, Tommy Lee...well hes the Eddie Van Halen of the drum set. These four guys, collectively, have a magic that could never ever be recreated or duplicated. There will only be one Frank Sinatra, one Elvis Presley, one Beatles, one Led Zeppelin and there will only be one Motley Crue.

I tried to ask my teacher but he doesn't either or doesn't know it. I tried to play some of the songs but well you bet me. There is only one you, and thats you ;) You are awesome.

Never liked his playing never did.I have been playing for 30 yrs I play alot of eddie and via and my own stuff.just because a guitar player is in a big band does not mean he is good I never liked micks playing he is a C average guitar player and I know many people that would smoke him that should of made it and never did.cpg

it was a dream come true to see this man perform a solo and i was NOT dissapointed
