So, frozen shit equals frozen Thames. Em's bars are fucking legendary.
One thing I have learned listening to Eminem since the early 2000’s is that he doesn’t make mistakes in his writing. He actively chose to say effin instead of the actual word which we all know he would say. He does it in order for it to sound like NF and because NF doesn’t swear. NF has addressed this bar and said what he has ALWAYS said. That if a rapper wants to call him out by name. By name and not in a bar. That is the only way he will ever get dragged into an industry beef. He had always said this. But being a fan of Eminem for 20 years and loving NF. Eminem doesn’t mistake his writing. Edit: also, the recovery clone version. Recovery is when Eminem got clean. NF is clean lyrically. Doesn’t swear.
Only mistake I've caught was really just a missed opportunity in "caterpillar ft Royce tha59" when he says "bitch is real (Israel) like I pooped Jerusalem" If he had said "my shit is real like I pooped Jerusalem" it woulda hit that much harder
not just that, NF has a general music style of talking about feelings, and has a certain type of flow which em did on most of his tracks for the recovery era.

I found you VERY recently but I love your reactions. Nothing is overreacted, it's just a chill environment. Like I'm talking with a friend. Love the content man.
The line about the reactors was from when everyone was saying how on he previous album they didn't even listen to it yet and were judging it solely off 1 or 2 songs he let out early and the full song list he let out for the album revival
I’m the biggest Eminem fan in the world.. I also love NF.. he’s truly my new favorite artist.. that was definitely a shot at NF (kind of) he wasn’t saying anything bad.. just that he’s got one of his similar styles.. I pray one day these two do a collaboration together!! I honestly think Em will do a song with him eventually. They’re both so amazing.
This was the first song on the abum after Revival, he often talked about how the media was basically telling everyone that Revival would be garbage cause of the features he had on before it even came out and they heared it and that they later wanted to be right. This is also what he was refering to in his first verse (all those critics who don't have talent and don't get his bars). His albums since then drop without a release date and propagate just by his fanbase and his official channels without prior promotion (its also oldschool in a way that your friends tell you about the new album and not the media). For me this song is basically his statement on what happened when Revival was released and after the beat changed he adresses the cypher.
Nah. Yela did he thang on that. Eminem is just above him. To be completely honest, Yelawolf should focus more on singing. He sounds his best when he's singing.

Everyone heard the nfing line and thought he was talking about nf. Then later nf came out with returns and thought he was taking shots back at Eminem. So who knows

After you do the BET cypher, you should do MOSH by Eminem! He goes after Bush and he even says in the song that he is going to simplify the rhyme just to amplify the noise. He wanted everyone to be able to understand what he was saying and it's honestly still to this day one of the most powerful songs I have ever heard him do!!
4:25 It’s true I wasn’t even aware of that history. However for that particular bar, it’s still possible to come up with it even without knowing the past. Saying ‘I don’t see my breath in mirror ‘ is just another way of saying ‘I am dead’
Thames river froze during the little ice age a few hundred years ago. Also inspired the writing of the novel Frankenstein. So yea, the UK and Northern Europe got colder and polar ice expanded a bit.

Same facts
This was the first song on the abum after Revival, he often talked about how the media was basically telling everyone that Revival would be garbage cause of the features he had on before it even came out and they heared it and that they later wanted to be right.
This is also what he was refering to in his first verse (all those critics who don't have talent and don't get his bars). His albums since then drop without a release date and propagate just by his fanbase and his official channels without prior promotion (its also oldschool in a way that your friends tell you about the new album and not the media).
For me this song is basically his statement on what happened when Revival was released and after the beat changed he adresses the cypher.
Best friend- Yelawolf feat Eminem. You’ll almost forget Yela was on it
Nah. Yela did he thang on that. Eminem is just above him.
To be completely honest, Yelawolf should focus more on singing. He sounds his best when he's singing.
I love Yela. He did amazing on Best Friend. Eminem is going to outshine anyone.
I really enjoy all your reviews you’re so articulate and have a calm demeanor I like how you break down the bars keep it up
I'm so glad i found your channel, your reaction seems so genuine and your very knowledgeable on the topics and bars! especially since a lot of other reactors just exaggerate for the video but not you! i can't wait to see the next video!
He purposely changed his cadence in a half dozen ways to kind of troll the mumble rappers who only do one thing the entire song
Sir you have done your job. I am a 65 yo w female. I thought since you gave your time to listen for the first time to my music, the least I could do is give you some time and listen to yours. This is my first time hearing Eminem. It’s very interesting having you explain the lyrics, helpful! Thank you for expanding my music landscape!
Em explains how to make greatness. 🏆
This guy, caught more than I've seen anywhere on RUclips. This guy, is SMART. Subscribed and set to ALL notifications.
He's just referring to all the hate and bad reviews his revival Album received
This was one, of if not the best Eminem raps he ever put out. Straight fire. Flow, lyrics, content. He even says his lines go over everyones heads, then proceeds to muder the word play. Unreal.
The craziest thing was this was completely a surprise album
You are the only reaction video I have ever seen that actually catches all or most of the bars. Great work. The only reaction page that really gets it.
Everyone heard the nfing line and thought he was talking about nf. Then later nf came out with returns and thought he was taking shots back at Eminem. So who knows
Everything Em does is meticulous so that was definitely a shot at NF being a recovery clone, not a hard diss but still a call out and using him as an example for anyone like him.
He the only one I seen to bring any attention too that line correctly
I do think it was a shot at NF, but I very highly doubt that NF was taking a shot back at him on Returns.
@@chrisbays6690 Knox Hill spotted it instantly, and broke it down in detail, even the part about NF never swearing in his raps
@PrynceJ man you’ve never heard NF before? Bro I ignored his music for mad long and finally took a stab at a few of his songs and ever since then I got his 5 albums on fucking repeat in the car lol I’ve gotten absolutely hooked on his music. There’s very very very few artists I will even listen to and NF is now at the very top of that list. I’m telling you bro take a stab at “the search”, song is hard as fuck lol
I’m glad I got recommended this channel. Very chill good breakdowns and always looking for another RUclips’s who can make their breakdowns and reactions interesting and chill 👍🏼👍🏼 keep up the great work
I've seen a ton of reactions to this song, but your views and breakdowns always show me something new. Thank you 😊
Microphones have polarization options on condenser mics. So "Am icy" on the "Em I see" On the "Mic" It's a quadruple entendre.
Did I’m not gonna lie you had me dying from laughter when the crest white strip verse came up, it’s funny because your so well spoken and proper with your words lol
I can’t be the only one that’s here to hear your commentary on some of Em’s more “outrageous” bars 🤣.
Subscribed 😂
Lol yes you got it! Your a smart guy knew you’d put it together. I love your content man! Your different than the other reactors sir. I enjoy your vibe, and dig your feedback! Keep up the good work!
I like literally bc im late 2 the video like everybodys comments i feel like i wanna copy n paste them alllll together bc its EVERYTHING im thinking rn 😂😂😂 i luv ur comment soooo much n i really needed 2 tell u that 😊👏👏👏👏💯
😂 I know what you mean. 😀 really that’s so awesome...thank you so much 🙏
@@beatslikemic3176 youre soooo welcome 😊 i totally HAVE 2 and ALWAYS show respect n luv 💜 when its due! 💯
@@cplaza81 ♥️ thank you 😊
Love your breakdowns man. Keep it up, you were made for this
You missed the bar where he says, "invite em in like a one a day" One a Day Vitamins. Quality bar...
Your commentary killed me lol. Your proper tone is professional for what you’re reviewing. Well done!
Sir you have to listen to “I’m Not Racist” by Joyner Lucas. I swear you will not be disappointed. Very powerful song!!!
great show homie, that 20mins flew by. ive been listening to that song for 3 yrs i was 2day yrs old when i learn wht "my beef is more media journalist" is. thx
Superb reaction as always!
Would love to see an inception-video where you react to Knox Hills breakdown of this one, because there are sooo many obscure doubles and tripples that just blows your mind when pointed out.
Great work!
I just realized, when he says you will never see em icy but this cold as I get on the m.i.c bar he's saying you won't see him cold, but when he raps he's so cold that the river Thames might freeze, ayo.. thas a deeep ass bar bro let it sink in then comment its a quadruple entendre or bigger atleast
Literally one of the hardest Rap bars ever in my opinion that shit was crazyyyyy
@@smmaistheway i heard it as the EM i See crazy how Em does that with one phrase.
You need to watch the BET Cypher he did to understand this song.
Em is a genius. Simply a genius.
The line "you won't ever see em icy (won't ever see Em, i see/won't ever see (the) Em (that) i see/won't ever see Em ICY (like with jewels and stuff)/won't ever see Em icy (like ice, freeze) and then the connecting bar with "but as COLD as i get on the M-I-C, i polarize (polar ice) shit, so the Thames might freeze" - that bar is out of this fucking universe.
Are you still a Eminem fan?
4:25 It’s true I wasn’t even aware of that history. However for that particular bar, it’s still possible to come up with it even without knowing the past. Saying ‘I don’t see my breath in mirror ‘ is just another way of saying ‘I am dead’
Lloyd: "I dont know how many of yall out there have testicles"
Me: 🤣"Hits like button"
Thames river froze during the little ice age a few hundred years ago. Also inspired the writing of the novel Frankenstein. So yea, the UK and Northern Europe got colder and polar ice expanded a bit.
He's not talking about you he's talking about the rappers
I truthfully believe your the best reactor on RUclips you break it down and actually listen because you love this genre like all of us do. I love your videos and I never comment on videos. I wanted to show my respect to you. You got a fan for life with me. You catch things I didn't. I truthfully appreciate you.
Yep, he dissed Trump. That's what he is talking about.
And the secret service really went and questioned him. That had to suck
Yep he messed up bc trump use to help him now Eminem got to big and don't care for no one but I listen to Eminem all the time but why can't he just leave politics out of it bc it sounds way better when he disses another artist like mgk
@@gamersproductions8304 apparently you dont know eminem then?? Hes been political since day one my guy THATS TUFF!
@@jacobgrover8977 yeah thats what he's stupid for 🤣it would be alot better with the politically crap out of it bc look at his song rap God it was a whole lot better
@@jacobgrover8977 and I do know Eminem lol but thats why I listen to lill wayne and juice wrld more bc they leave that stuff out
Ringer is one of the hardest rap songs. Hands down. Em killed it.
Quote of the whole video "I don't how many of you guys have testicles but..." yo this had my almost crying 🤣
Man, I'm glad I found your page. Can't wait to see all your reactions
I’ll never relate to anything more than “Generally don’t trust lyrics on the screen” more than half have lyrics wrong lmao
The most eloquent break down/reaction I've seen. I love this!
More Kamikaze🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🎧🎧🎧
I’ve listened to this song so many times and I didn’t even catch what you caught. Cheers mate
Gotta get to Music to be Murdered By.... it's loaded with dope trax. His best album in years, better than Kamikaze IMO
For sure side a and side b both
I agree. Both sides of MTBMB are better than Kamikaze (which is pretty good too)!
I feel MTBMB was super consistent and great the whole way through, so few songs being slept on with awesome beats to go with it. It was like a new TES.
Bro the way you say RELIGIOUS LEADER before realizing he was talking about trumo was fucking perfect
Agent Orange is Donald Trump 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Fun fact they actually used to bury people with a string tide to a bell above ground. So if they was buried alive they could ring the bell and get dug out. How often they would bury people alive is also believed to contribute to the vampire myth. Because people would have dig themselves out.
"Recovery clone of me"... he's talking about NF.. NF was influenced by Eminem, but NF has made his own path, sound and style. Thats one rapper I wish he would give a hat tip to, not a diss.
Absolutely tearing the game apart like wet paper. They poked the bear
Bro if you start reacting more frequently to Eminem you’re gonna blow up without fail 😂
Thats why i love eminem....he says what he wants to say
Oh the last portion of the song is heavily influenced by the BET Cypher; listen to this song again after hearing the Cypher!!
Your reactions are dope!!
🖤🖤🖤
I’ve been listening to kamikaze at work again lately; when I’m closing down the kitchen. This was the first video that I’ve stumbled upon by you.. I pretty much subscribed immediately. That was an excellent break down of the song.
stan isn't your cup of tea" his song stan is prob one of the best songs ever written, story about obsessed fan. its the reason term stan exists and even got a spot in a dictionary
Specifically speaking I would like to see more of this specific content
The saying should be "I dont even nod to the beat" meaning the music, but saying "I don't even nod to the BEATS" is also a double because he is listening to the beat through Beats by Dr. Dre headphones!
Just watching your reaction is priceless! Em is the greatest
Oh boy, do you have an interesting story to catch up on that is Em's all time "comeback" from 2017 to today. Blind Trump supporters and "Stans" alike turned their back on Em. All I'll say on that until you react to certain things. Once you're fully aware on the Trump stuff I definitely recommend Eminem - Untouchable
True. Two party puppet tryannical dictatorship.
#Centrist
Holy hell sir, I didn't even realise your channel got 100k new subs! Congrats! 😱👏👏
