I followed this method exactly and it works a treat! For those that are interested 217m/h works out to be pretty close to 350km/h, with this set up I get a top speed downhill of 324km/h on the flat of the back straight it sits on 315km/h, I get the race done in about 11m50ish sec and win by 25+ sec. Thanks so much for posting this, I won an RX-7 Spirit R Type A '02 from my workout so thought I'd give it a go. The tuning is ever so slightly different but still works a treat in late 2020. Can do a 2 lap "race" with nearly 30 seconds to spare. Getting a wheel soon so reckon I'll put a brick on the accelerator pedal, chuck it in Auto transmission then all I'll have to do is nudge the wheel every now and then!
for anyone doing this and not catching up, it is crucial to change the gear ratios and you will catch up to them slowly in the 2nd lap, you can even do 3 laps and get 200k including clean race bonus
Turn fuel on to max. The group 2 cars run out of fuel before the end of the lap. You can use a mx-5 in N100 the turn your own fuel map to 6 and beat them before the lap finishes and carry on for another lap before pitting. Good payout and good for mileage points too
Yeah defiantly does take a lot longer. I only discovered doing that a couple of hours before you posted this vid. And have used the RX-7 since. There is something strangely satisfying though overtaking Gr.2 cars in a MX-5 while they have ran out of fuel 😛 And thanks for the reply! Love the channel 👍

ok guys here's a breakdown of laps to credits I've done: These include the 50% clean bonus 2 laps (11 minutes) - 147,150 credits (882,900 credits per hour) 3 laps (16 minutes) - 216,000 credits (810,000 credits per hour) 4 laps (24 minutes) - 276,000 credits (690,000 credits per hour) as you can see it's MUCH better to do many 2 lap races then to increase the laps. You actually LOSE credits as you get higher by average. BTW> GREAT VIDEO!!

Long time GT fan and player since the very beginning, due to life getting in the way, only been able to start playing GT Sport for a week now and half way thru all the licenses, mission, etc, but this has really helped me to bump up my cash in a hurry. It's 2022 and it still works! At first it didn't work but then I realised I set the unit wrong, hence the speed are all wrong. After correcting them I just beat the cars easily. Only downside is probably feeling a bit bored during the race XD
My apologies over my miscalculations. I did my own version with a maxed out Enzo Ferrari, set to 200 laps on the Special Stage Route X, Boost Off, Slipstream Weak, Starting Grind 20, and set my Opponent Category to Group 2. I left mine on Intermediate difficulty. With this method I came up with getting more than 3 million credits. Although this is the easiest long version of LeMans, however that takes me between 13 to 14 hours with this idea.
Considering they patched other methods, this works wonders. They patched AFK endurance races, and patched the running GR-1 out of gas. 6 mins I earned like 72k with clean race.
Great tips, I've gone as many as 10 laps with this strategy, but I use the A110 Alpine in N200 class against the group 2 cars & with clean race bonus end up with 400K, but your method is much quicker for earning money fast
Nice one, HSG. Thought I'd try an N200 Vs Gr.2 race in a similar fashion, using the '72 Alpine and, surprisingly, it actually worked. It was excruciatingly slow with 6 minute laps and it bottoming out at 307kph, but I won regardless!! 😁 But, for the the extra time involved and marginally better payout, I think N300 is better for this.

28thDEC2020, Starting a new account, Smashed the Driving School 100% with Golds, approx 920,000Cr, several cars and at Lvl 13. Then I found this video - The advice works nicely: Buy a RX7 then set up as advised, complete the 2laps in about 10mins = 14,7150Cr (Clean)/390Mileage Pts/Dist 38.1m/1470Exp. So a few more rinse & repeats of this config of race to reach lvl 20 and I can then unlock Premier Lounge and Blue Moon bay, buy a 911 for 250k...For the next level of Credit making.

I'll better use the R35 in Tokyo Expressway in endurance race for 3 hours (starting position -20th ; boost off ; rivals - gr4 or gr3 ; level - professional and done). I earned 833.000 credits and It works 100%
It's not that important, straight line speed is the important one on route X. Basically just lower the car a bit, and to have easier handling do racing soft in front and super soft in back. You have probably done this though haha
I did what you did but my RX7 classed up to N500 I guess something's been patched but I still made 120k from a 2 lap race incl clean race bonus so still works

I have over 130k credits by passing some driving school tests and did some circuit experience races where you try and beat the set time by cpu. You start out with more money than you normally would. Around 50,000 cr. vs 10,000 cr. on the previous gt games. Although i can afford any skyline or other high performance sports cars 🚘, I will get the RX-7 and save some money for upgrades. Do you need to buy upgrades and parts or are they already available when you head to tuning on the settings menu??
There aren't any Silvia's in the game right now, and the Skyline could be used, but as its 3 times the price of the RX-7, it misses the point of this as a beginners method.

@Dee J & @Rappy Reaper I got the same "undo changes and exit" so I came back to check if it had been patched. Seeing the previous reply to your posts I had another look at the video and noticed that my screen was showing a prize of 103,000Cr, not 98,100 as in the clip. Figuring there must be another way round it, I went to my garage and made the adjustments there so I wouldn't have to go into the car settings before the race. It worked. After setting the race parameters the correct 98,100Cr was shown and I was able to enter and complete the race as expected.
For the ride height I can't choose 115 I can only choose between 4.13 and 7.09 Maybe because thee was an update that changed it I bought to spec 2 of this game not too long ago and spent a couple hundred thousand on a few decent cars, nothing too crazy, i'm kind of that money hoard sort of person, nothing like a LaFerrari or a bugatti.
115 is MM, which is the european-spec measurement... I just paused the video when he hovers over what the suspension should be and matched my settings in my game to look identical on my slider bar to his slider bar... or as close as I could get. 4.45 - 4.49 seems to be the closest. Hope this helps 👍
Beginners just do the circuit drive experience you get a free car every time and if u get all gold you got yourself 7,000,000 easy money and then u can start your career
@@HSGAutomotive I was pratting about with the MX5 and top speed is stated as 185 for the loan car. That being the case a bit of jiggery pokery mightn't go amiss to get a steady 190-200 n100 car on the cheap.
While I get what you're trying to say... There's only one true king of early money making for new accounts. Circuit Experience. Most things are locked when you're on a fresh account, and racing from the back in an underpowered vehicle if you're a true beginner is going to be annoying, especially when you can just do sections of circuit experience and get easy money while doing it. Sure it's not the most money, but you don't have to buy any vehicles for it, and it doesn't require actual racing or taking ages to do, as you can literally get 30-40 grand per circuit section (most of which are under 30 seconds to do) After I had enough to get online and buy a vehicle for the weekly class I just did that & went straight in, because I'm a sport mode player mainly so that was my objective, but yeah Circuit Experience was what I used to get a quick mil to be able to buy a relevant car or two and get immediately into sport mode on a new profile

I did a 5-lap race instead of 2 laps, & with the bonus I got 330.000 credits!

@@keithshockley3443 Use mileage points to upgrade power and reduce weight. The other upgrades are free to equip.
Can you make a m6 gr3 setup so you have less power sliding?

115 is MM, which is the european-spec measurement... I just paused the video when he hovers over what the suspension should be and matched my settings in my game to look identical on my slider bar to his slider bar... or as close as I could get.

@@HSGAutomotive I was pratting about with the MX5 and top speed is stated as 185 for the loan car. That being the case a bit of jiggery pokery mightn't go amiss to get a steady 190-200 n100 car on the cheap.
While I get what you're trying to say... There's only one true king of early money making for new accounts.
Circuit Experience.
Most things are locked when you're on a fresh account, and racing from the back in an underpowered vehicle if you're a true beginner is going to be annoying, especially when you can just do sections of circuit experience and get easy money while doing it.
Sure it's not the most money, but you don't have to buy any vehicles for it, and it doesn't require actual racing or taking ages to do, as you can literally get 30-40 grand per circuit section (most of which are under 30 seconds to do)
After I had enough to get online and buy a vehicle for the weekly class I just did that & went straight in, because I'm a sport mode player mainly so that was my objective, but yeah Circuit Experience was what I used to get a quick mil to be able to buy a relevant car or two and get immediately into sport mode on a new profile

I have a Porsche 911 GT3 RS 2016 that can beat Group 1 cars. Group 1 cars can go 232 mph by itself and my Porsche does 238 mph by itself.
