Great assessment as always, but you missed a few references. -The exact order for Sephiroth's Boss Rush is a reference to the plotline of FFVII. Rathalos is a reference to the Zolom he impales at the beginning, Galleom references Shinra somehow, Marx references Cosmo Canyon's observatory scene, Dracula references the Mansion where you find Vincent, Ganon references Sephiroth burning down Nibelheim, and Giga Bowser references WEAPON. Finally, Master and Crazy Hand on Northern Cave, obviously, references his One-Winged Angel form, and his end credits theme, Jenova, references his backstory. -Pyra's fight against Ryu and Ken has M. Bison's theme in the background, which is a reference to the climax of Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, in which Ryu and Ken team up against M. Bison. They spam Hadoken frequently in this fight as an homage to the end of said fight in which they finish him off with a combined Hadoken. -Sora's fight against the Robins specifically references Axel, Larxene, and Marluxia, since they were the three main antagonists of Chain of Memories. Axel is represented by the male Robin that spams Arc Fire, Larxene is referenced by the female Robin spamming Thunder, and the giant male Robin represents their leader, Marluxia. -Sora's end credits theme turns the end credits minigame an ingenious homage to the Gummi Ship levels, which more than makes up for his Master & Crazy Hand fight (which at least could've been set in Dive to the Heart. At least they got Destati playing in the background, I guess.)
If I recall correctly, the Robins in Sora's route are more specifically references to certain members, rather than as a whole, though it could work for both. Since it's supposed to be Castle Oblivion, they reference the members you fight in chain of memories, being Larxene, as portrayed by the female robin, Vexen, the normal sized male Robin, and Marluxia, the big male Robin. I also kind of recall the female Robin prefering to use thunder than any other move, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
The first battle in the Sora fight is a reference to the "Anti" characters, dark "Heartless" versions of other characters such as Anti-Sora or Anti-Saix
In Pyra/Mythra's route, the Link/Dark Link fight could actually go even a little deeper. Monolith Soft, the developers of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, also had a hand in developing BOTW! I like to think that's why they're the penultimate fight of their route, because their destiny's are also shared by game development
For Sora’s classic mode, link and young link represent heartless, specifically the soldier heartless. The three robins represent Vexen, Marluxia, and Larxene. And Ganondorf represents Master Xehanort. I would have had Duck Hunt be an ally with Sora in his classic mode. At least in the game and watch fight.
I disagree with the Ganondorf one. It's obvious that he represents Darkside. The stage that the fight takes place is literally representative of the second time Sora in the games fights Darkseid.
@@zachbahamutson5477 the stage looks more like a representation of keyblade graveyard. Also, this Ganondorf has yellow eyes and gray hair, just like Xehanort.
@@Master3975 music is an important part of what the battle it's supposed to represent. I got to agree with the video creator the battle is obviously against the darkside and not Xehanort.
I still think the execution of spirit/classic mode battles is one of the dopest concepts in gaming. It's so cool to see how creative they get with these references
I know you don't like them using the Hands as a final boss fight so often, but there is another reference for Pyra/Mythra in that fight. The song that plays - You Will Recall Our Names - is first played in Xenoblade II when Mythra first joins the party, and becomes the Alternate Boss Theme for every superboss/Unique Monster fought after that point. They could also represent the final boss, Artifice Aion, which floats around and bombards you with a ton of projectile weaponry.
@@totalradlad possibly, but Galleom doesn't fit the theme of destiny-linked pairs. And I guess they didn't want to have anyone fight Galeem or Dharkon outside of World Of Light, because that would've been the next best pick. And Sephiroth totally should've had Galeem as his final boss.
I believe the giant Game & Watch in that second fight on Sora's Classic Route is meant to be the reference to the Darkside Heartless, since Shadows, Neoshadows, and Darksides are the 3 most notable pureblood Heartless in the series.
I always found the Hands in Sora's route to be a Reference to Master Xehanort, considering the Crazy Hands movements are pretty similar to a thing Xehanort likes doing with his left hand.
There's more to why Ryu and Ken fit the theme: According to Street Fighter lore, both fighters are trained under the Assassin's fist. In order to master this style, 2 people are paired up early on to be each other's eternal rival, each having a polar opposite personality to one another
Kazuya's penultimate fight can also double as a reference to Tekken 4's opening where Kazuya was seen fighting several Tekken Force members sent after him, inside one of G Corp's HQ
Steve's final battle taking place on Final Destination works as a reference in another way: The End Dimension area you battle the Ender Dragon in is a single large floating island in the middle of a bottomless void. The skybox for The End also features a space theme. Thus these two factors are represented well by Final Destination, as a floating island flying through an endless void.
You've completed all the Classic Mode origins. Good on you, Aaronitmar! All things considered, I like the majority of Classic Modes in Ultimate. While the concept of fighting Master and Crazy Hand seems drawn out, I like to think that it's a bonus if other fighters challenge different bosses or specialized characters. Ganondorf remains my favorite route, what with the catharsis of slamming does with his blade. Conversely, Byleth is my least favorite; the penultimate round always throws me for a loop. Some of my other favorites are Pokémon Trainer, Ridley, Bowser, Banjo-Kazooie, Terry, Dr. Mario, Daisy, Richter, and Lucina. Great job!
Let's not forget the end game effects when you beat a stage in Sora's route. Instead of just the announcer saying "GAME!" instead, after landing the final blow on the last opponent, the game zooms to that moment and goes in slow motion as the screen slowly turns white. This is a reference to how the game behaves the same way when you defeat a boss. It even plays the sound effect
Yet Sakurai had no problem with Donald and Goofy being referenced in Sora’s reveal trailer by using Duck Hunt god what a fucking hypocrite not that Sora should been in smash anyways since by including him Disney was essentially rewarded for their terrible actions this year such as shutting down Blue Sky Studios (though that is a rather sensitive subject for me so I rather not talk about it so please respect my wishes)
Well, I get where you’re coming from, but, unlike all the others, it’s not like Dr.Mario went around saying that he wasn’t Mario, nor did anyone think he may not be Mario, unlike, Zelda and Sheik where it was purely so Zelda could move around Hyrule without Ganondorf knowing it was her
Thank you so much for this series. I am truly going to miss it as it was so informative and interesting. You clearly did a lot of research into every character's route. Also I'm glad we have the same stance on the Hands being way overused.
Something I noticed that you did not mention is that Steve’s classic mode is in stamina mode. This is most likely a reference to the health system in Minecraft, which uses hearts. They both work the exact same way. Also, stamina modes icon is a heart, which is most likely just a coincidence.
12:05 The best part about this fact is that Tekken 7 was seen in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid (Bandai owns the toy rights to Kamen Rider and Bandai Namco owns the video game rights) where one of the riders, Para-DX had forms based on Puyo Puyo (Perfect Puzzle) and Punch-Out/Rockem-Sockem Robots (Knock-Out Fighter) but because these two forms use the same toy gimmick (with a two-sided dial), he also has a third form based on _Puzzle Fighter._ Meaning that Akuma and Kazyua _already_ had ties to Punch-Out well before Smash Ultimate tied them to it again. Also the Ex-Aid movie had a villain who used the Pac Adventure toy gimmick (which Ex-Aid later used to become a recolor of Knock-Out Fighter no less) to become Dr. Pac-Man, tying them to both Pac-Man and Dr. Mario before Smash Ultimate (there was also a direct to video special with various Namco toy gimmicks, including Gradius).
Sora shoulda ended with Dracula Would fit very well for representing Ansem, Xemnas, and Xehanort with his white hair and black clothing, plus his form change, which is super common in KH final battles (well RPG final battles as a whole)
The fight against the horde of Mii Brawlers in Kazuya's Classic Mode can also be seen as a reference to the Tekken Force, a military group that wear similar tech like suits in the Tekken universe.
You could also say that Mr Game & Watch in Sora’s route could be a stand in for Vanitas and by extension the Unversed since in Subspace Emissary his body was used to create the Subspace Army.
Sora's boss fight against the pair of Smash's white glove-like Creator and Destroyer entities is most likely a reference to the antagonist Master Xehanort, an extremely powerful Machiavellian strategist with long white gloves who frequently motions heavily with his hands and wriggles his fingers as he speaks.
I get that they couldn’t give Sora a Sephiroth fight (what if someone didn’t buy the Sephiroth DLC?) but why not have Dracula as his final boss. Long white hair, master of darkness, he even turns into what looks like a giant heartless!
Around 7:40 i think the final destination stage was picked because of the name but also because it is a flying island that as an unknown material as a floor
I don't know if you're aware of this but the shape of Final destination is relatively similar to a small End Island maybe another potential inspiration for Steve's final classic mode
You sure the Mii Brawler fight for Kazuya was a Jack reference? Cause I think it might be referencing the Tekken Force modes of 3 & 4, and maybe the Scenario Campaign in 6.
Plus, the Spirit Board established DK as the stand-in for JACK instead and had mii brawlers precede Nina, much like how Tekken Force precedes the first fight with Nina in Tekken 7’s story mode
Sephiroth's classic route name is actually based on a line he said to Cloud(or the other one for the people who played the original) when Cloud realized the Sephiroth he knew is gone. He replied with " I am the chosen one. I have been chosen to rule this planet." before they fight
I feel like the fight against Metal Sora can also serve as a neat little bookend to the very first Smash Bros., since a metal enemy (specifically Metal Mario) was also the penultimate fight in that game's classic mode.
The movements of the hands while idle remind me of how Master Xehanort always did this “whacky inflatable arm flailing tube man” motion with his fingers before using some spell or summoning his Keyblade.
I figure Sephiroth going up against the Hands is meant to signify that, as a final boss in his native game, his greatest foe is the player (not Cloud, the player). Who only interacts with the game world via their hands.
12:13 I think it's more of a reference to Paul Phoenix, because both have an incredibly powerfull punch attack with Falcon having the Falcon punch and Paul having Phoenix Smasher.
I think for Mechanica when you bring her up, I believe they do realize it's a mech, but Max Brass lets her compete anyways, along with other mechanical fighters, because he doesn't really care if they have the genetics or not, he wants fair, thrilling matches and fun.
One fight that I think should have been included in Kazuya’s Classic Mode route is a fight against Incineroar on the Boxing Ring stage, in reference to King & Armor King
Honestly, out of all DLC fighters in Smash, I think I'd prefer Joker's Classic Mode to be reworked. It makes sense for him to fight Shadows and then recruit them, but I think it would have been interesting to see him face off against all the Palace rulers with an ally representing the Thief you get in the Palace eg: Round 1: VS Wii Fit (Male, Red), two red Bayonettas and Zero Suit Samus (Orange), with Pikachu, Captain Falcon and Zero Suit Samus allies on Castle Siege - References Kamoshida Round 2: VS Rosalina (Yellow), two yellow Inklings with Chrom ally on Luigi's Mansion - References Madarame Round 3: VS Giant Wario (purple) with Sheik ally on Fourside - References Kaneshiro Round 4: VS Giant Duck Hunt with Inkling ally on Mushroomy Kingdom - References Cognitive Wakaba Round 5: VS Olimar, ROB and Mega Man with Villager ally on Lylat Cruise - References Okumura Round 6: VS Bayonetta with Marth ally on New Pork City - References Sae Final Boss idea 1: VS Incineroar on Pirate Ship - References Shido Final Boss idea 2: Master / Crazy on Mementos - References Yaldabaoth
Roger and Alex make sense for K Rool and DK. I always thought K Rool was Ancient Ogre because they are both green skinned and wear crowns while DK had similar fur to True Ogre. Also I always thought the 6th stage were vs the Tekken Force members like the Force Mode in Tekken 3.
With the Sora path, the references are so loose that they could be anything. The Links could be Soldier Heartless. The G&W's could be Shadows, Neoshadows and a Darkside. Ganondorf could be a Darkside, he could be a Xehanort of sorts, he could be a Behemoth based on the purple colours...
13:41 The Miis are a reference to the TEKKEN Force, foot soldiers for the Mishima Zaibatsu that appear in the TEKKEN Force beat-em-up modes in Tekken 3 and 4. They also appear in story related stuff in later games. With the Miis looking robotic and Jacks being robots themselves, I can see where you made that connection.
Steve and Sora are my favorite Classic Mode Routes from Fighter Pass 2. Being really familiar with both franchises, it was fun picking apart the references. Though I wouldn't recommend doing Sora's route on higher intensities unless you're really good at Smash, since you get swarmed by the multiple enemies.
13:42 pretty sure you got that wrong. It's a reference to when you storm the Mishima tower and have to take down mishima zaibatsu soldiers. You go through lots of them in one fight just like in tekken. that or it's a reference to an old tekken game mode, tekken force. similar thing you best up loads of military guys in suits kind of like streets of rage if my memory serves me well Also, donkey Kong could be kuma? but im not sure on that either. it's really weird that he's black lol
8:20 I have always been convinced that the reason Rathalos is the first boss is a reference to the green dragon that attacks him and Cloud which Sephiroth wrecks easily
Sora battle against metal Sora actually was referencing Sora heartless in kingdom Hearts re:coded because that the only one time I have seen Sora heartless use the key blade but I give you credit on that part oh by the way the music that play's during the battle is fragment of sorrows
I assumed metal Sora represented Sora's heartless form. It seems to me like the metal is a darker shade than normal as well, but it could just be that the stage is dark.
My mains are Shulk, Cloud, Inkling, Byleth, Steve and Pyra/Mythra. I wish Shulk and the Aegis’ classic modes had more direct refrences to Xenoblade and Byleth’s had more references to the events of Three Houses, but the rest have pretty good classic modes. Steve’s is definitely my favorite, but Cloud’s is also pretty well-done as well, both tying into the motion-sickness and vehicle theme as well as referencing key events in FFVII that you only really get after playing the game.
byleth had the exact same theme as lucina. references to 3H specifically would be nice. here are some fights i can think of, not in any particular order: belmonts who spam neutral B (referencing kostas and his crew, who in turn are this games representative of the early game bandits, who usually wield axes) bowser, who then transforms into giga bowser upon defeat (referencing miklan, a tanky powerhouse who is forcibly transformed into a demonic beast upon defeat) several villagers backed up by robin (referencing the incident in remire village, where you face villagers who were driven insane by solon) ganondorf wielding deaths scythe (referencing the death knight) ZSS wielding killing edge (referencing kronya) the fight with the 3 byleths can stay the last fight is a bit iffy, since it could imply route favoritism, but you could have byleth fight rathalos, as the immaculate one is fought in two of four routes. alternatively, you could have a fight against robin, referencing thales, as he is a villain regardless of route (not an antagonist in CF, but still a villain who edelgard plans to dispose of when their alliance is at an end)
I wonder if the reason why Duck Hunt wasn't in Sora's Classic Mode was cause Disney did not want even a single trace of anything they own even being alluded to aside from the Mickey Mouse keychain.
That could be a reason and also the fact that Sakurai isn’t going to be including any non videogame characters. For Sora it seemed like they didn’t want to add anything that wasn’t exclusive to Kingdom Hearts. Goofy and Donald being Disney cartoon characters makes sense why they weren’t shown or referenced as it can be seen as trying to reference nonvideogame cartoon characters in a game containing literally only videogame characters
16:44 i think it would be a closer reference to sora’s fight with shadow sora in kingdom hearts 1 Also 17:17 this could also be a reference to the traverse town boss fight where sora fights a metal knight thing that has detachable hands and limbs
I think master and crazy hand reference the guard armor from the first game because when you fight it you destroy its feet and hands and then the armor itself
For Steve and Sora’s classics, most of Steve’s fights and Sora’s fight against the Robin’s are also used in their DLC spirit battles, along with that, I always thought the Sora v.s. Sora fight in his classic was meant to be the fight against Roxas in KH2 since it also happens in Dive into the Heart
@@Folutu well, I mean outside of the color choice and the metal coating, it IS pretty copy-paste to the Roxas spirit battle, nor would it have been the only copied fight if it WERE meant to be Roxas
@@PerfectChaos115 Yeah, but it's specifically because Sora's default color is his Dream Drop Distance attire coupled with him being Metal (+ the Dive to the Heart image is Sora) that definitely points it to it being the Armored Ventus Nightmare.
Another comparison that I could make for the Giant Ganondorf battle in Sora's Classic Mode is the Reverse Armor, where the music playing is a one to one match, plus its gigantic compared to Sora and co, and is, of course, fought in the KH1 version of Hollow Bastion when they are there for the second time to upgrade the Gummi Ship to futher expand its travel to different worlds. Furthermore, the coloration of Ganondorf's armor is a pretty interesting match with the purple and black, as the Reverse Armor had those very colors as well.
A detail that wasn't mentioned was that in Sora's route the battle with the Robins represent Roxas, Xion and Axel. As one of the Robin's is giant and male (Axel being much taller than Xion and Roxas), one is regular sized and female (Xion being one of the only female members of Organisation 13, other than Larxene who doesn't make sense as she's the same height as Axel) and the last being Roxas as it focusses on sword based attacks (and is also the same height of Xion).
Sora fight *Master* Hand (and Crazy hand too I guess) is... very fitting, since Sora did defeat the pseudo pupper master of Master Xehanort. (wow that was three instances of the word master)
I also like to point out that the bionic suit mii fight in Kazuya’s classic mode stage could be a reference to the army that Kazuya would often take control of since he on some occasions led that army (like in Street Fighter X Tekken when Kazuya and his team were going to kill Nina for Pandora’s Box)
I'm normally fine with the Classic Mode routes ending with Master and Crazy Hand even when it doesn't fit the theme (would you rather every route get a special boss and not face the Hands at all?)... EXCEPT for Sephiroth's route, which totally should have ended on Galeem like in his reveal trailer.

Another series I'm really going to miss. I had fun with this series!

The first battle in the Sora fight is a reference to the "Anti" characters, dark "Heartless" versions of other characters such as Anti-Sora or Anti-Saix
I feel like Sora's Classic Mode should've had subtle Disney references like Sora & Isabelle vs Bowser or Sora vs Peach & Snake
What are the references?
@@sulaiman-8 Beauty & the Beast & Enchanted (Snake was the closest thing in the roster I can find to just a regular dude)
@@nixuniverse5240 ohhh ok ok I thought the first one was beauty and the beast lol
Or better yet, every battle has dunk hunt to refernce donald and goofy
He honestly should've fought Bayonetta to reference Maleficent
Pretty sure the 3 Robins represent Roxas Xion and Axel they used it in the Xion spirit battle as well.
@@zachbahamutson5477 the stage looks more like a representation of keyblade graveyard. Also, this Ganondorf has yellow eyes and gray hair, just like Xehanort.
@@marchinggamer209 but the castle represents Castle oblivion in chain of memories, and Xion and Roxas aren’t in that game.
4:29 Wasn't removed in Java Edition but replaced. There's also the The Fartherer and Farthest Lands but you have to use preset world generations now.
I do think Galleom would have been a better Aion substitute, though.
I actually predicted Min Min’s classic mode boss would be Galleom.

15:05 Shadows, Neoshadows and the Gigas Shadows first seen in KH1 Final Mix, then Days, χ, Dark Road and Melody of Memory
When I played through Steve's classic mode I felt like I was playing Minecraft all over again!
I think the Captain Falcon fight on Kazuya’s route is actually a reference to Paul Phoenix who’s known his strong punch
Happy to see this series finally completed Aaron! Nice job!
Sora's route really dropped the ball by not having Duck Hunt as an ally
Just get a second player as duck hunt.
Can't have even a slight reference to Disney characters outside the keychain I guess.

They could’ve done Mario and Doctor Mario for Pyra/Mythra’s route.

For Samus and Mega Man in Min Min's Classic mode, it could bee that they have guns for arms, in addition to the references mentioned.
Sora’s reveal was a beautiful but emotional ending to an era.
Sora shoulda ended with Dracula
Would fit very well for representing Ansem, Xemnas, and Xehanort with his white hair and black clothing, plus his form change, which is super common in KH final battles (well RPG final battles as a whole)
Either work, honestly. Though, I WOULD love to see a Sora/Simon team-up to wail away on Dracula.
The fight against the horde of Mii Brawlers in Kazuya's Classic Mode can also be seen as a reference to the Tekken Force, a military group that wear similar tech like suits in the Tekken universe.
15:43 Dude i will love if they added this costume in Smash.
Yeah but, white gloves...
Its the last fighter, so the hands feel more appropiate
Around 7:40 i think the final destination stage was picked because of the name but also because it is a flying island that as an unknown material as a floor
I was waiting for this video to come out for a long time now
I don't know if you're aware of this but the shape of Final destination is relatively similar to a small End Island maybe another potential inspiration for Steve's final classic mode

Pentagon hexagon octagon yourhardcoreworldisgon
@15:12
Let's not forget how this reference came full circle as there literally a Game&Watch inspired mini game in Kingdom Hearts 3
A bit disappointed that Kazuya didn't get to fight Terry in his classic mode 😔
12:13 I think it's more of a reference to Paul Phoenix, because both have an incredibly powerfull punch attack with Falcon having the Falcon punch and Paul having Phoenix Smasher.
The fight against the Mii Brawlers in Kazuya’s Route could reference the Tekken Force.
I’ve been waiting for this! ❤️

It makes sense for him to fight Shadows and then recruit them, but I think it would have been interesting to see him face off against all the Palace rulers with an ally representing the Thief you get in the Palace
eg:
Round 1: VS Wii Fit (Male, Red), two red Bayonettas and Zero Suit Samus (Orange), with Pikachu, Captain Falcon and Zero Suit Samus allies on Castle Siege - References Kamoshida
Round 2: VS Rosalina (Yellow), two yellow Inklings with Chrom ally on Luigi's Mansion - References Madarame
Round 3: VS Giant Wario (purple) with Sheik ally on Fourside - References Kaneshiro
Round 4: VS Giant Duck Hunt with Inkling ally on Mushroomy Kingdom - References Cognitive Wakaba
Round 5: VS Olimar, ROB and Mega Man with Villager ally on Lylat Cruise - References Okumura
Round 6: VS Bayonetta with Marth ally on New Pork City - References Sae
Final Boss idea 1: VS Incineroar on Pirate Ship - References Shido
Final Boss idea 2: Master / Crazy on Mementos - References Yaldabaoth
Really nice classic mode!
The Mr Game And Watch fight in Sora's classic mode could also be a slight reference to the Classic Kingdom games in KH3.
Fun fact: swimming is just flying in water and flying is just swimming in the air
So falling is just sinking in the air and sinking is just falling in water?
With the Sora path, the references are so loose that they could be anything.
The Links could be Soldier Heartless.
The G&W's could be Shadows, Neoshadows and a Darkside.
Ganondorf could be a Darkside, he could be a Xehanort of sorts, he could be a Behemoth based on the purple colours...
Game and Watch could also be a reference to subspace, where he was basically the source of the shadow bugs
It’s cool in the Steve zombie fight that the zombies have 20 health each, as they do in Minecraft
Tekken x Street Fighter isn't cancelled, it's just on indefinite hiatus
Makes sense why the hands are the bosses in soras classic mode. Since he's the final dlc character for smash.
You go through lots of them in one fight just like in tekken. that or it's a reference to an old tekken game mode, tekken force. similar thing you best up loads of military guys in suits kind of like streets of rage if my memory serves me well
Also, donkey Kong could be kuma? but im not sure on that either. it's really weird that he's black lol
this has been a great series
8:20 I have always been convinced that the reason Rathalos is the first boss is a reference to the green dragon that attacks him and Cloud which Sephiroth wrecks easily
I was thinking that it was a reference to the Zolom Sephiroth impales at the beginning. Both work really well.
16:39 it could also be a reference to the battle between roxas and Sora in kh2, ventus vs venitas khbbs, or roxas vs shadow roxas also kh2
Finally i have been waiting for this for months

Steve’s is definitely my favorite, but Cloud’s is also pretty well-done as well, both tying into the motion-sickness and vehicle theme as well as referencing key events in FFVII that you only really get after playing the game.
byleth had the exact same theme as lucina. references to 3H specifically would be nice. here are some fights i can think of, not in any particular order:
belmonts who spam neutral B (referencing kostas and his crew, who in turn are this games representative of the early game bandits, who usually wield axes)
bowser, who then transforms into giga bowser upon defeat (referencing miklan, a tanky powerhouse who is forcibly transformed into a demonic beast upon defeat)
several villagers backed up by robin (referencing the incident in remire village, where you face villagers who were driven insane by solon)
ganondorf wielding deaths scythe (referencing the death knight)
ZSS wielding killing edge (referencing kronya)
the fight with the 3 byleths can stay
the last fight is a bit iffy, since it could imply route favoritism, but you could have byleth fight rathalos, as the immaculate one is fought in two of four routes. alternatively, you could have a fight against robin, referencing thales, as he is a villain regardless of route (not an antagonist in CF, but still a villain who edelgard plans to dispose of when their alliance is at an end)
@@Underworlder5 That sounds cool! Thanks for sharing!
Master and Crazyhand at the end of Sora’s classic mode could represent young xeahnort and eraqus’s game of chess.
16:44 i think it would be a closer reference to sora’s fight with shadow sora in kingdom hearts 1
Also 17:17 this could also be a reference to the traverse town boss fight where sora fights a metal knight thing that has detachable hands and limbs
It's the Armored Ventus Nightmare because opponent Sora's default color in this round is his Dream Drop Distance outfit.
@@Folutu ok, didn’t know that, not to mention, it IS kinda hard to tell when the opponent in coated in metal
@@PerfectChaos115 You can see it from the menu before the fight. That said, Roxas is a pretty well-educated guess, all things considered.
Meta-Knight is the same species as Kirby, remove the mask and it's a blue kirby
The giant Ganondorf actually reminds me to Ursula's fight, even Ganondorf has blue (purple for Ursula) skin and white hair
Aaronitmar: Hedlok is the main antagonist.
Dr. Coyle: Am I a joke to you?
0:20 Min Min
4:15 Steve
7:49 Sephiroth
8:32 Pyra and Mythra

I'm normally fine with the Classic Mode routes ending with Master and Crazy Hand even when it doesn't fit the theme (would you rather every route get a special boss and not face the Hands at all?)...
EXCEPT for Sephiroth's route, which totally should have ended on Galeem like in his reveal trailer.
