Would it add additional strength to the wing if the 3 separate pieces of the stabilizer were epoxyed together to form a single stabilizer? It would seem like there would be less flex. Thanks for making the video. Great channel. I'm subscribed!!!
Thanks so much for the kind words! And thanks for the sub. Yes, I believe if you bonded the 3 parts together, it would add some rigidity to the wing. Even in its current form, the wing has handled highway speeds with no issues.
Great video, looks AWSOME. Why the heck would that take that cover on just to force you to pry it off? They need to think this through a little better. I think they’ll sell more of them if they do this.

This High Wing is impressive. Now please find one for my C6 GS. But watching your "prep'" begs the question, why doesn't the wing come with the stabilizer pieces already installed? Seeing you hold that wing at the end of your video I kept thinking "that ain't no wing, it's a frigg'n Picnic Table!"🤦🏼♂️🤣 It should be modded to include cup holders.😉 Save the Wave👋🏿
So the stabilizer pieces are newly included in the kit. And my hunch is they may be packaged into the carton in a separate facility than where the wing is manufactured. Yes, cup holders are sorely needed. I had to hold my coffee at Cars & Coffee yesterday morning.
Great question. I don’t currently have access to a ZR1 to confirm whether any of this would be a bolt using existing low wing hardware. However, I will ask the manufacturer if they have any insight.

The end plated aren't secured with nice machined bolts?
Correct. There are no bolts as I believe the intent was to closely mimic the stock ZTK spoiler-which has no bolts on the end caps.
I have a ZR1 with a low wing. What hardware would have to be change to existing frame bracket if anything or would this be simple a bolt on.
