Shears just for cutting dry hair? What is a dual texture scissor? Are you making this up to sell scissors or is this a thing I've managed to miss in the last 20 years doing hair. (Possible I had.my Jowell set foramy years til they were stolen)
Wouldn't smashing in with the texturising scissors eliminate all of Ye beautiful point cutting you did? Also the hair looks greasy at the the end. Sea salt spray alone would do the trick.

what advice would you give to someone who's tried and tried, but can't get the, concept of men's haircuts? changing the guards? blending? im having so much trouble blending . help!
I have the same problem :( blending will be the death of me.

Huge line of demarcation on the side of head at 8:18. Also his hair looks like spaghetti. Too much texture. Imo. I thought it better looking without all the product.

Line of demarcation is with hair color not cutting, This client (if you were listening) has a receding hairline,,, hence that is why he used the product,,,, now you can’t even tell, Matt you rock
You get it Matt, but why do so many hairdressers not understand how to shape mens hair. If you dont square off the sides, it can have a feminine look.

Top was great. I was impressed. But sides were horrible. No fading whatsoever. Obvious cut lines on the side and back. You should do a better fading job.

every video I have watched with you I always notice how sloppy you are with the clippers. so much work left undone and for that particular client it was particularly important to have the contrast between the top and the sides...you are very good with your mizutani, yes, but when it comes to clippers...and i have seen this trend with the countless number of classically trained stylists.
