- This is another Upcycled or Thrift Flip of a French Country Galvanized Tin Vase. I will teach you how to achieve a Distessed Crackle Finish on a thrifted galvanized tin vase and how to decoupage using Sweet Pickins Extra Bond as a decoupage medium.
I use Sweet Pickins Milk Paint, Extra Bond & Top Coat as well as ReDesign with Prima Gold Wax in Eternal which you can find in my Etsy Shoppe:

Really beautiful work. I love the proportion in the composition, the care for detail, particularly in the decoupage treatment, and the tiny touch of bling.

As far as the comment about the stamp, it is an IOD stamp from their Crockery stamp set. It just says it's a mustard from Europe, so not sure what is wrong with it. If you know something I don't, please do tell. I know the wording itself doesn't go with the theme per say, but it was more of the composition I was looking at.

To me sometimes it grounds a piece a little. I call it Rustic Glam or Rustic Chic or Even Primitive Glam or Primitive Chic.

Thank You so much for your comment and your critique. As I would hope that everyone would love learning about how I create my items and maybe pick up a tip or two, I know that my style is not for everyone. That is 100% fine with me as that's what makes this world beautiful, everyone being different and having different ideas to bring to the table. I also apologize for my mind changing in the beginning of the video as to what I was going to do, but I have been an artist since I could hold a crayon and as a true artist my creations speak to me as I create them whether it's a painting, a pillow, an upcycled item, redecorating my home, cooking, etc,. so sometimes the vision changes. Doesn't make it wrong or right, just not where it started out to be. After all art is like a journey in itself.
If my videos or my items are not your cup of tea, then all I can do is apologize from the bottom of my heart and wish you the best on your journey of finding those that are for you. All I want to do is create beauty, help others and bring a little Joy to this sometimes mundane world. So if you are not finding that here then Good Luck, I wish you the best and maybe in the future you will find that Joy or Beauty or helpful tip in one of my videos, if not then that's fine too.
