      try the food courts in Flushing-- you seem to be in love with Chinese food. Stop at the Queens Museum in Flushing Meadow park to see the panorama of NYC. Go see the Louis Armstrong House in Corona. All along the 7 Train.

    I agree that slices are better than whole pies for exactly the reason that you stated. It dries the crust a bit and then thrown back in the 600+ degree oven makes it crispier than it ever would be when baked only once. I make pizza at home and if my family has patience, they let me take it out of the oven and let it cool for at least 20 minutes. The whole time the oven is still at full blast and then I serve up slices after throwing them back on the stone for about 3-5 minutes. So much better!

      “If my family has patience”😂. That’s a great idea! We have a buddy who just got a pizza oven in his backyard, we will tell him about this for the next pizza party!

    Hi Brandon and Alyssa from Canada. You said in this video that you’re travelling for a year on $30,000. I wonder if you almost exhausted your $3000 savings? I know you travel on the cheap, but just wondering how far your $30,000 have come to in New York City. And a comer said that you were going to Japan next. Are you still travelling on that $30,000?

    • @HeresGoodTravel
      @HeresGoodTravel  6 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks so much! So this video was a continuation of our year of travel with that $30,000. We decided to leapfrog the Mexico series ahead of the Japan portion. So the Mexico series was not included in that money. We are going to be posting Japan, Seoul, Viet Nam, and Australia that was all on that $$$ including this New York video. All told we spent $33,000 and made it 312 days total. The Mexico series cost us less than $6,000 so if we would’ve had $40,000 we could have made it the whole year. In between the end of the Asia stuff and Mexico we were home editing a ton and bartending to save up. Sorry that it’s so complicated. Eventually we will make a video about this but our issue is that the way we travel we film way more content than we can keep up with posting, especially when we are on long trips because we would rather just explore and eat than edit on the road😂. Hopefully this makes sense lol t

      @@HeresGoodTravel hi Alyssa, thank you so much for your reply. I’m sure all your subs would like to hear about the breakdown of your $30,000 adventure. I’m Japanese so I’m really looking forward to Japan adventures. I know I will never get to Japan, because of my mobility issues and other things, so I’ll just have to live vicariously through you guys. Thanks again.
