@@ozzyp97 "Flat as a pancake" is an english idiom too, I think Emppu's slightly broken english made it harder to draw the line. I think everyone got what he was saying though. I'm pretty certain he will ace it.
Nightwish is just phenomenal and so far ever track proves that. The complexity of Tuomas' compositions and the skill of each band member has once again created magic. Becoming torn by all my favourites. Can't wait to hear this live.

i mean honestly... absolutely no hate on tribal or nightwish, nightwish never ever makes bad music, but tribal in my opinion is definitly not as heavy as pan.

Every time I listen to the new songs from this new album , I discover yet ANOTHER reason to love each one more and more. This is one of those albums that will last for YEARS in peoples' playlists. LOVE the balance between the lighter, breathy vocals and the chunk heaviness of the jams. One of the better songs on an album FULL of greatness.

Never heard so good album in my live. Congrats Nightwish (Tuomas). A really great job.
One of the marks of Tuomas' creative genius is that he takes those elements that have no business working together, for example the super-heavy being interrupted by the ethereal lightness, and our first reaction is like yours: "No. No! You simply can't do that." But then you realize that the flow of the music is inevitable and what happened was the only right way to go. In the hands of a lesser artist, the same attempt would sound contrived and false, but Mr. Holopainen is a composer of rare talents. Which is why we are constantly saying, "Only Nightwish could make that work!"

This song is just epic! It's heavy with many vocal contrast! You can hear a sweet voice at the beginning, then high and powerful and then the operatic part at the end of the song. Amazing!❤️

This song is growing on me. It is so interestingly done. This is very Nightwish sounding. I loved Music, Noise, and Harvest, shoemaker, but this one is very good. Tribal great too. Many people don't like this album and I believe are wrong. It is not to be compared with all the Nightwish live videos on You tube. We have not had music in 5 years from Nightwish so to complain is stupid. Just wait to we get live clips. Everyone will be blown away.

Hands down Pan is my favourite track by a long way on an album of great tracks. Also, I think this song more than any other on the album is going to be an absolute beast live. I can't wait to see them in December.
