Angus Miller, can you tell me how you got a pet crow? Did you buy it, or did you spend a few years and a lot of money feeding it until it started to get comfortable around you?
I think I would be the most interested in the last product since it would be useful for riding an area of other creatures besides bugs. This could be useful for those that may have difficulty with birds or rats eating their pets' food.
I do not catch and release bugs, under any circumstances. My favorite tool for battling the bugs around my house is the four C cell, 50,000 volt tennis racket zapper. You get your bugs with a very satisfying snap, crackle or pop!
“Perhaps it was the bugzooka” cracked me up. I wonder what percent of viewers really understand how hilarious the asides are. You played brood wars too?!?
lol we had one of those rackets back in the 90s in our house and i'm from a 3rd world country lol. it doesn't just kill bugs and making a pop sound, it literally fries any bugs that get stuck on the racket and gives you a nice roasted smell lol.
Bugzooka is actually fantastic for stink bugs. They’re slow, but catching them even with a tissue will cause your hand to smell even if you’re careful to not squeeze them before flushing...bugzooka sucks them up and no stink; I could catch one, let it die or release it outside. It’s a 5/5 in my opinion
Dat wasnt a ladybug dat was a Asian Lady Beetle and apparently they bite and are bad for dogs you can tell by looking where the Red wings meet the head the little white M shape means its bad
I have one and she takes care of most bugs. But the mosquitoes are able to fly away and the spiders manage to outsmart her by being completely still (so she stops seeing them). But man, I hate the mosquitoes, they're so annoying.
The owl is good to be placed around if you have a pool. Helps prevents mice, rats, packrats, from entering the pool and drowning. If you live in AZ you’d understand
Not sure this is too well known,so I just thought I'd mention; bug zappers only kill insects that are attracted to light, like moths. There's nothing special about that purple light. If you're looking to kill pests like mosquitos, this won't do anything for you. If you hate moths, then, go for it, I guess.
Here’s a great life hack: out of gummy worms? Well don’t worry just grab a straw and go to town on some gummy bears and in no time you will have a semi structurally sound gummy worm.
I have a HUGE problem with grasshoppers and caterpillars down in my hibiscuses. For one, they are hard to reach. And for two, I don't like to touch them if I could reach them!!! I'd LOVE to see how well the BugZooka worked for this use!!!
The problem with the bristled spider catcher is the release.. I always catch the spiders but as soon as I open bristles they crawl UP the pole towards my hand.. I can never get them out. It's shit. Going to try the bugzooka next.
@@Movie2Documentary lol just saw this.. They are indeed useless. I got a little vacuum which actually works fine and I can safely release them but sadly at present I have no choice but to flush them cause of covid lockdown here, we are a police state at present here (to put it mildly - they are even using drones to see if people are out past 8 and to fine you if you even at your front door without a mask. Orwellian.
I can personally vouch for the My Bug Catcher. That thing is a gift from the gods. Catches those huge, fast moving Wolf Spiders with ease. They don't seem to be able to see the clear bristles coming towards them.
you should do one on various electronic pest repellents that supposedly repel all kinds of things from mice to spiders to even mosquitoes ... there even some for you cell phone now ... personally i think they are all scams but it may still be a entertaining video ...
Owl "scarecrows" only work if you move their location DAILY, & since owls are nocturnal, they really only guard against other nocturnal animals. For daytime, there is a hawk/falcon decoy. Also, best I've found is inflatable (for adjustability) rattlesnake "scarecrow".
I have cats who are more than happy to catch any bug that finds it's way into our apartment. My cats are happy that they have something to do and we are happy that we don't have to run after moths that find their way through our windows far to often.
The Bug Zooka is not best as a pest removal tool. It is really an EXCELLENT tool for feeding praying mantids in captivity though. I bought one and used it many times to keep several mantids healthy and I fed them blow flies and flesh flies/ household flies when I found them out in the back yard, else I would grab a yellow skipper or some other weird insect I found. Yellow skippers are easy to catch though but it is nice to use that container that you can take off and place in the freezer for 5 minutes to make them go to sleep, to put them in different containers. Then when they wake up and start moving around- it is game on for the mantids.
