We have a 15 year old "Miracle Blade" that was in use for a decade before being moved to the garage as a cutting tool, it still cuts great and it has been everything from a sandwich slicer to a drywall knife, to a cardboard knife. It is surprisingly sturdy and has been one of the best budget knives I have ever owned. Sometimes those TV things will surprise you.

We actually prefer it over regular pasta. Zucchini (zoo-key-knee) absorbs the flavor of whatever you cook with it. You really should give it a try before you decide that you don't like it. I've even made zucchini pizza casserole and it tasted like dough, not a vegetable.

the bread claim by that knife company is specifically about bread fresh from the oven. When bread is that fresh it is near impossible to make a clean cut without a special sharp knife. this is part of why we let it cool off before slicing, not just because its steaming hot inside

Most people don't know but Ginsu makes some high quality kitchen knives. I bought a set over 15 years ago and still use them daily. Of course I have sharpened them. the bread claim by that knife company is specifically about bread fresh from the oven. When bread is that fresh it is near impossible to make a clean cut without a special sharp knife. this is part of why we let it cool off before slicing, not just because its steaming hot inside

btw, you NEVER wanna whisk brownies, you fold the batter together with a spatula or something. I'm literally a chef, just a heads up, introducing air into a brownie batter just makes it a chocolate sponge cake instead.

Most people don't know but Ginsu makes some high quality kitchen knives. I bought a set over 15 years ago and still use them daily. Of course I have sharpened them. They are high carbon forged steel with the steak knives being stainless steel. Don't know if they're still selling the same or not but I've been very happy with them.
