Faye Wong - 如愿 (Wish) [Piano]

While this is mostly a channel for covering anime-centric music, I was introduced to this song by Faye Wong some time ago and took a liking to it, so decided to make a cover.

This song is essentially one long "build up" that keeps going higher and higher until the end; all three choruses are sung at increasing levels of intensity, with a well-used key change at the end to take things even higher. While this is not the most difficult arrangement I have ever created, I do think it is one of the most unique, as I used many ideas I hadn't used before, such as the "lyrical" variation of the final chorus at 3:35, and the very active bassline which takes prominence during that entire section.
Well then, I don't know when I will next make a video, but I am sure I will be back with another cover sooner or later.
