I think that’s a good call. I like these headphones and find them a good value but not exactly the best for music.
@@Jaytiss The Sennheiser Accentum Plud are 4.5 times the price @ $229, but my music matters that much to me and more.

The adaptive eq setting I made is distorted during anc, transparent and normal mode transitions. What is the reason? Do you have this problem too?

@@Jaytiss Thanks for your reply, I was thinking of returning it and getting a new one. So is there a solution to this, do I need to mark adaptive eq again every time anc, transparent and normal mode switch?

I couldn't find a way. You can probably tear off the pads, but they'd be ruined and couldn't reuse the original pads.
@@Jaytiss thank you. I figured out that they are a plastic that you can pry open. You were right, to change the cups you'd have to completely destroy the OEM pads as they are glued on, for you to use the available ring to attach a replacement. That was a bad design choice.

How are microphones on this device? Is it ok for may be zoom or teams meetings indoors?
Kinda muddy, I wouldn't recommend them. But passable.

I had Anker SoundCore Life Q10 and the earpads are so old, started to rip off. So I decided to buy this ones instead of buying two earpads because two original earpads are 1/3 of this product's price. I liked Life Q10 because it has nice bass and I usually use it for watching movie with my laptop.
Did I do wrong for buying this SoundPEATS? And the sound is really that bad? The earphones are still in the shipping btw, I couldn't try it yet.
I think if you like it, it's fine. I just didn't find it that great.

@@Jaytiss I just got it and sound is so bad. Especially bass, there is no bass... Like I feel like it is acting like there are bass. Anker was so much better which I bought it years ago. I'm so disappointed. I thought it could be bad but this bad...
did you manage your find out how to replace the earpads?
I did not. I think it might be easier to replace the headphones instead unfortunately.
