I like the idea of stamping with white ink and using the color for accents and shadowing. Love this card and this stamp set. Beautiful card. Good job! TFS
Hi Jennifer, this card is truly beautiful, the stamping in white and then overstamping adds a different dimension and the flowers and branch etc look absolutely gorgeous. Lots of love from Patricia xx
Absolutely elegant and gorgeous! What a fabulous idea to use the layering stamps with white pigment ink! And the Altenew Stamps are such amazing stamps!
You never disappoint with your ideas, tips, suggestions and creations!! I always love with everything you do! This card, as always, was beautiful!! Thank you for sharing!!
I have never seen any stamping like this. I LOVE IT! Awesome stamps with all the flower choices and leaves. Thank you for showing us this technique. I am a new follower of yours and look forward each day to see if you have a new posting. Thanks from all of us.
Thank you for your videos. I am new to paper crafts and was lucky to stumble across your channel. I think I have watched everything you have posted. You make it easy to understand and are my 'go to' when I am trying to learn something. I just thought you should know that you are very appreciated!
Absolutely gorgeous, what a beautiful card that can used for so many different sentiments...thank you for sharing such a great talent and an eye for trends!
I'm really anxious for your video on all these adhesives and adhesive lids etc you are testing out. I've already ordered and received the fineline bottles and I just ordered the lid only piece you referred to in this video. I've struggled with clogs forever and I'm so excited about these products. I'm also anxious to be able to let my scrapbooking group know about these finds so they can try them out also. Thanks for all your videos!
Another awesome video Jennifer! I've seen you do a lot of stamp layering & they always look so beautiful! I don't know that I even have a layering stamp set, but definitely want to try one soon. That Vintage Rose set looks great for this technique!!
Hi Jennifer, I won this stamp set at SSS Create yesterday. My first thought was yea! My second thought was, Oh my, this is was out of my comfort zone. Straight to You Tube to check out tutorials and found this one. I am now so excited to get home and try out this wonderful stamp and die set. Thank you so much for sharing. Your videos are awesome, how you accomplish being detailed enough for the seasoned stamper and simple enough for a beginner like me at the same time is incredible. I enjoyed meeting you and believe with you in sharing this goodness with others. Thanks again, Karen
OMG your card is so beautiful....I'm totally was in awe as I watched your flowers come to life I mean they look so real and actually popped off the page it was like I could actually reach out and touch them don't laugh but I really did touch my finger to the scree and then realized "hey goofy it's a video" but it looked so real. You truly never cease to amaze with what you create with your inks...this truly is a fabulous and beautiful stamp set but girl your artistry with it blew me away. YOU ROCK!! Joan Smith
Awesome card... I need to stop watching your video as I am creating myself some needs for wonderful stamps set ;-). Thanks for the time you take to explain all the technics, i really appreciated it.
thank you so much for sharing all your many different techniques with us. I really appreciate it, I did a card similar to this last year and love the look also!! I love how you used the pencils to accent the colors, that one is going into my brain/head file!! :)
This card is gorgeous!! It actually brought a tear to my eye because it reminded me of my best friend Chisa who was from Japan. She passed away 3 years ago and I miss her every single day!!
What a lovely "Spring-y" card. I think I have done this technique backwards...LOL I like your way... Thanks for stimulating my brain on a Monday morning..
Another awesome video with TONS of tips. Thank you Jennifer for always teaching us so many ways for us to give our cards that little something extra that make them pop! I have started using fun foam on all my cards. I can get fun foam at Walmart for 33 cents for an 8x11 sheet!
Jennifer you are one smart cookie! I had just noticed over the week-end that so many of their two/three step flower stamps that were out of stock for so long (I think largely due to the fabulous bump in sales they got after your first Alt. video :-) but I passed on this set, because I have something similar from SU, but I did not know there were cherry blossoms in the set, which are my very favorite flowers (And I am not a flower person AT ALL, and its really hard to find a really good cherry blossom stamp (I used to live in Japan and when the trees are in full bloom people have a custom there called "Hanami" which basically means sightseeing to see all the trees in bloom, where people take picnic blankets and picnic baskets and have what we would call tailgate parties. The blooms come around just about now, in early Spring and they last a very short time because the rainy season soon follows and all those lovely petals are soon found wet and I guess you could say very "distressed" looking which now that I think about it could actually be pretty in its own way too now that TH has got us all thinking of things in that way. But I digress, Altnew was also very smart in the sense that they must have been prepared this time for a huge volume of orders as I was actually able to order a set after 25,000 people viewed your video already! I hope you get a commission from them as a percent of sales because you really deserve it. You put this company on the map and that is a huge huge huge milestone for them.
Beautiful card. I ordered the 2 flower stamps from Altenew. One is on backorder but well worth the wait. You are definitely an enabler. I also want these stamps for using with my MISTI. Thanks for the inspiration.
This has to be the fifth or sixth time I have watched this video. I am amazed that the layering stamp has been out but I have missed it. I have been wanting stamps like this for some time try for sharing this now I hope that I will be able to get one. Thank you.
Another great tutorial Jennifer and I loved it. This is such a dainty card it would be great for a lot of different occasions..You know that gold foil that you had, you could use a white background and a couple of thin strips of that foil at the bottom and the sentiment in gold too and use if for a sympathy card or get well card. It's so delicate it could be used a lot for those type of cards too even a wedding. So delicate and dainty. Love it and how user friendly it can be. Thanks Jennifer. pat
Hi Jennifer. Thanks for another beautiful card. I purchased the stamp set and I'm not sure which stamps go together. You should a grouping of some of the stamps but you didn't show how the remaining large stamps go together. Can you do a demo please?
Katie Gannon Are you happy with the white pigment ink from Colorbox? I've been really wanting to know. I love their pigment inks, my fav, but haven't gotten the white one yet. Colorbox pigment inks are known for being really juicy. The upside is that you can emboss with them easily because they are so juicy (I guess if I were being really technical, someone might say they have a longer "open time." I use the Hero Arts Unicorn white and it works really well.
I love this video! what I got out of it the most though was the applicator for the glossy accents... I am in the SUPER frustrated stage with mine. I use it for jewelry making as well as paper projects and it is the best for an all round glue for me but the applicator top is AWFUL after only a few uses.
Loved the video. But why does the mat in the pictures look like a dark pink and as you make the card into the video it looks like a pale pink? Just wondering.
Pam Hammarlund Pam, I took a look at the supply list she has to try and find an answer for you. If you click on the "more" button under her video description, you'll find links to two different brands of applicator tips. I know she used glossy accents by ranger with the applicator tip, but I don't know what adhesive she used. It looks like a regular tape runner. My favorite brand is "My Stick" adhesive tape runner. I think the tip of her tape was a red or pink color. If you really want to use the same brand Jen used, you can do a Google search on adhesive tape runners and then click on images in your search results and you'll probably find the brand she used.
I don't mean to sound cynical but I heard ( at least last year they were) that Prisamacolor has gotten cheap with the way they make their colored pencils. Did they learn their lessen and make them better again? I heard they were off center and were prone to breakage when sharpening.
VictoryFireDailyLife I love Prismacolor also but, yes, they do break easily when sharpening. My one complaint with them. I'm wondering if it is in the rough handling before they get to the consumer. I will keep buying them and hope the formula improves :)
What I do if I don't want the full stamp is I cover the part I don't want with tape, then ink up the stamp and take away the tape so that there is no ink in the part you liked and you can stamp!
I like the idea of stamping with white ink and using the color for accents and shadowing. Love this card and this stamp set. Beautiful card. Good job! TFS

bethlehem79 please check the altenew blog - they have examples.
bethlehem79 They also have download sheets I think that you can use for reference.
Hi,. Gorgeous card! Pigment inks that I have smudge on me when I stamp? Are there better brands of pigment inks that do not smudge? thank you
How do you learn all these amazing techniques? Everything you do is beautiful.
Great video
love it
Love your videos , I’m wondering if there are any other white ink pads you have come across that you like since this video was made ?
Beautiful card :)
Do you use a heat tool to dry the pigment ink between layers? I used color box white on Valentine's and it took forever to dry. Beautiful card!
Katie Gannon nope, but you can.
Katie Gannon Are you happy with the white pigment ink from Colorbox? I've been really wanting to know. I love their pigment inks, my fav, but haven't gotten the white one yet. Where do you find the envelopes to match your cards; or do you make your own? Thanks, Lynn
Wow very pretty:)

CreateSomething i noted in the annotations - i changed it after i was done with the video. :)
What kind of adhesive tape and applicator do you use? I've seen it in several videos and am looking for the brand. Great work!

I don't mean to sound cynical but I heard ( at least last year they were) that Prisamacolor has gotten cheap with the way they make their colored pencils. Did they learn their lessen and make them better again? I heard they were off center and were prone to breakage when sharpening.
VictoryFireDailyLife i haven't noticed a change. i love them.
Must just have been that one artist who reviewed them then. Either that or she just had bad luck and bought defective ones. Oops. lol
VictoryFireDailyLife they may have changed after i got mine. i have no idea. i am sorry!
Don't be.
VictoryFireDailyLife I love Prismacolor also but, yes, they do break easily when sharpening. My one complaint with them. I'm wondering if it is in the rough handling before they get to the consumer. I will keep buying them and hope the formula improves :)
