I think you are the 2nd RUclips lawn care channel that digs out the roots. Not just cutting them down to the ground level. Thank you for that!!! And look at that wonderful patio, that hasn't seen the sun in quite some time.
I was unlucky with brush cutter breaking. That said, here in the UK if I get a trailer or truck I'd have to pay commercial waste rates which can be really costly as it's done on weight. That you very much for watching and commenting!
What a great job, 💪🏼💪🏼the budleija where like trees so big, the front yard looks so much better without all the weeds and the trash, and you saved the rosebush ❤ what a lovely place to grow new flowers.
Great job! I use power tools without the guard all the time. As long as you're careful to keep them away from you while they're on, just rip the guard off and keep going 👍🏻.
Great job, Edan! I watch several channels like yours and can say you match them in video quality, content, and most importantly your hard work and attention to detail. Keep this up and your channel will grow! -- Chris, a new subscriber from Wyoming USA.
That butterfly bush was enormous! But definitely due for a hard cut back and next Spring it will be lush and blooming 🥰. Really excellent job on the cleanup 🙌💯💚.
Definitely the worst garden you have taken on but the best transformation. More light in the house windows, car can be parked on the drive, no trip hazards and just a lovely tidy garden. Very thorough too. Looking forward to seeing what the back garden holds, apart from brambles. Knee pads required if you are going to hand weed I think. Sorry your metal strimmer broke, can this be repaired easily/cheaply?
Thanks for watching and commenting! Lots of brambles in the back that's for sure. I need to replace the guard which isn't too costly - full transparency, it came down to confidence in using such a scary tool also.
I cut the stems so it'll die back - I spoke to the neighbour who owns the garage and they asked I leave it for now as it's growing under their roof which is weak as is. I'm going back to do some work for Anne as maintenance so all in due course 🙂
I don’t understand why you cut down the tree in the side yard (at the end of the video). I’m sure that provided some level of privacy, and something nice to look at through the window. Otherwise, great job and lots of hard work!
The tree was a main request from the owner - it's a buddleia, had finished flowering and will grow over a meter next year! Fear not :) Thanks for watching!
@@isabelkerr712 hello! It’s a budldleia, I cut it back as it had finished flowering for the year and will grow over a meter next year ☺️ I cut it to the wall to avoid any side-ways growing stems poking any pedestrians as they walk by also!
Impressive transformation with a minimum of tools. Calling the backyard a challenge is quite the under statement. Will be fun for us viewers…maybe not so much for you.
@@kmorley40 thanks for watching. I cut it below the wall line to avoid any stray branch growing sideways onto the path and it’ll grow back by over a meter next year - it was the owners request ☺️
What an incredible transformation after a great deal of hard work! I take my hat off to you you deserve a medal. Gold! Well done you
Hi Anne 👋❤

I know! A pressure washer may have to be a future purchase. Thanks for watching.
Wow! Amazing! Again, I hope you get more powerful tools. A truck and small trailer would be a great addition!

Brambles are the death of all yard lovers. But, the berries are delicious. Good job. 😂❤🎉
I was snacking on them throughout!

What's that long handled tool you're using to scrape the weeds off the concrete? Canada here.
It's a sharp edge hoe, super great for weeds growing in the cracks. Thanks for being here!
Lovely work ❤ …aaaand you use a brush, a hoe and a chisel??? 😍. All my favourite tools in one video!

The dreaded brambles.
Dreaded - but they're definitely less scary to tackle than they look!
