Oh yeah, if there is one thing we've learned since Wano is that whenever there is a random recap episode, the following episode(s) are going to be wild. We will be able to watch/film next week's episode before we fly out, and get some of the editing done, I just won't be about to finish before we fly out. As soon as we return I'll finish it up and we'll jump on the next immediately.
Actually, Shaka said in previous episode that Bonney was alone in that room (the room that had Kuma’s memories). Also, to what Stussy said, if a person gives a Seraphim an order, another person of same authority can’t override the order. So if one of the Vegapunk gave an order, the other Vegapunk have no say.
Yeah, the authority and order overrides feel a bit like Gremlins logic to me. "Don't feed them after midnight" -- ok, but when does that end? You could make the argument that every hour after midnight is after midnight until the next midnight comes around. So, in that same vein, Edison giving the order to stop fighting works, as it has an end state, but an order like "Protect the Lab" seems like a vague order with no real end state, so unless the order issuer revises the command, no one at equal or lower authority would ever be able to utilize them again lol. But, within the parameters of the show, I now suspect Lilith even more, as she was with Edison around the Seraphim, while all other Satellites were indoors or incapacitated.
Not too much this episode but good overall. Mike is spot on with the Stella Vegapunk and his abduction. But who done it?! 🤷🏽♂️ I liked the whole S-Snake scene she’s soooo adorable!! I know I’m a Hancock fanboy but S-Snake is just too cute for real! Oda discussed the Love-Love Fruit in a SBS and basically the overview is that the power works with feelings of admiration, not specifically Lust which Boa Hancock seems to use. So it’s her adorableness that turns you to stone in essence. Which makes the scene make more sense. But yooo I agree about Toei’s choice of angle shots 😂 we need LESS Bonney and Franky, and more Nami, Robin and Stussy! The fandom is loving the Lilith cake but I’m not a fan because I know she’s really just an old man in a woman’s body basically. There’s a lot of awkward angles that I 100% know won’t go over well with the fandom once we get deeper into Egghead. Good thoughts on which Vegapunk could be the traitor. And Shakka and Lilith are definitely fan favorite suspects. All in all great job as always guys! Hope the con goes well and the signature gets a 10 grading! Looking forward to your next episode recap!
