The RUclips video "I Took NMN for 100 Days and This Happened" is by Jesse, a human health and performance specialist. The video is about his experience of taking NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) for 100 days. Here is a detailed summary: ### Background: - Jesse started taking NMN 100 days ago. - He began with a dosage of 500 milligrams per day and later increased it to 1,000 milligrams. - He takes NMN every morning on an empty stomach before breakfast. - He also takes other supplements but NMN is the only new addition to his regimen. ### Initial Experience: - Soon after starting NMN, Jesse felt a noticeable boost in energy. - However, this initial burst of energy normalized after a dozen days. ### Second Wave of Energy: - Between day 50 and day 70, he experienced a "second wave" of energy. - This was especially noticeable later in the day, and he felt less exhausted by the evening. ### Blood Pressure Changes: - On day 70, Jesse observed a reduction in his blood pressure by about 10 points for both systolic and diastolic measurements. - He regularly monitors his blood pressure and keeps a journal. - This reduction has been consistent for 30 days since he first noticed it. ### Other Observations: - Jesse has not made any significant changes to his diet or exercise routine. - He feels better overall, with more energy throughout the day that does not interfere with his sleep. ### Conclusion: - Jesse is not claiming that NMN will produce the same results for everyone. - He continues to take NMN for its potential long-term health benefits, as supported by scientific research. - He recommends InBio as a reliable vendor for purchasing NMN and offers a coupon code for a discount. Jesse's video serves as a personal account of his experience with NMN and is not meant to be medical advice. I'll add that after using WHOOP to measure my recovery for 2 years, after using 1g of NMN daily in the morning, I've noticed the absence of late night tiredness while I'm at work bartending. Usually on "red days" where my recovery is low (low HRV, high RHR) I lose stmaina late into my shift. Since using NMN I've rarely had tiredness and have the stamina of a person 20 years younger (I'm 44). So, pretty cool!! But, the last two weeks I've had two day where I was so tired and NMN didn't help. One was after a massive 12 hour day filled with stress.. the other was an early mornign wake up to see off my partner to the airport. So NMN didn't make me immune to poor/low/broken sleep and big strain. Still, I'll take the extra energy/stamina all day long. Getting mine from Renue/Alive by Science. SL powder (mixed in water) and now the plain podwer (mixed in water). Only 2 months in and that's about all I can report. And I'll tell you, having more stamina on red or oange days is a BIG thing... but, perhaps I'm working harder and longer and I gotta be careful as then I get those big tired and exhausted days... a note: my diet has been off the past few months. Great stuff my man!! Glad the BP seems to be turning a corner... I too have slightly elevated and used to get it monitored while I gave blood.. haven't given for 12 months unfortunately. Might be a reason to get back in there to get the BP remeasured.
my mother 80years old, liver transplant in 2000, prediabetes, normal creatinine but lower creatinine clearance and higher cyctatin C due to drugs side effects after so many years, osteoporosis, very low energy, results after 1 year of nmn, vitd3, vitk2,milk thystle, querectin, tmg, folate/b12,magnesium,coq10 and some others supps for osteoporosis and low carb diet and lowered immune suppressive drugs to extremely low dose as per liver transplant center protocols after so many years: diabetes gone, energy levels up, liver function tests were very very good baseline but improved to the best possible, creatinine very low normal range, creatinine clearance improved to normal range for her age, edema in legs and feet gone.we also stopped osteoporosis drugs
cystatin C lowered from 1.55 to 1.3 (around 1.1 can be considered normal for her age) and her crp 0.12mg/dl.i think nmn, low carb diet and some other supplements can do so much more at their age and help avoid taking drugs
I got 10 points off my blood pressure just by adding more pottassium and cutting natrium salt. The intermittent fasting makes me lose potassium and magnesium like crazy.
I had heart failure and been taking NMN for 3 years 250mg a day but now 1000mg My heart failure was healed! My blood pressure was way too high now it is normal! That is wonderful to hear! My husband just had a bypass. His bp was always pretty normal and now on the low side on account of the meds. He is taking 350 mg of NMN a day now but I'm afraid to give him more as I'm worried about it dropping his bp lower yet since he has to take the meds. Did you have any experience with that? TIA!!

This video doesn't provide enough data needed. It is more complicated than just taking nmn, there are facets here to consider or you miss your target if not in the short run then in the long run. If you take nmn and especially 1g a day then you should take TMG everyday as well. If you take high nmn levels it is also important you take quercetin later that day which will ensure cd38 is kept pretty low. Every few months you should stop taking it and switch to senolytics- example: high dosage quercetin with fisetin for several days. Then switch back. It is recommended you take D3 at high level every day too such as 7000iu. And alternate on taking pqq to maximize mitochondria biogensis which should help you feel more energetic
Ofc your bp will be lower if NMN resets aging. You get higher bp with age bc of damage to blood vessels, and if this reverses it, it will drop till young bp.
Day 4 for me. I’m taking 500mg lipo NMN and 125mg lipo trans-Resveratrol in the morning. And then an NAD booster in the afternoon that contains 125mg NMN, 95mg NAD, and 80mg NR. Hi :) Thank you for your fabulous videos! I'm wondering if you take a B vitamins complex, in addition to NMN? Is it fine to take niacin in addition to NMN? I have been taking Seeking Health's B-Minus Complex which contains 50 mg niacin but I don't know if that's compatible with NMN. All best wishes ^_^
Thank you for this question! I try to get all of my vitamins through my diet, but I do get some b complex through my daily Magic Mind supplement. It is totally fine to supplement both NMN and b vitamins.
I've seen that NMN can break down while sitting on the shelf, and should be kept refrigerated, I'm curious if this brand is shipped cold? Thanks for all your great info, always enjoy your videos.
NMN, regardless of the brand, must be kept under refrigeration. If it doesn't need to be refrigerated, then it isn't "true" nmn, it's a form that has already been degraded by heat, and therefor doesn't require refrigeration anymore. It's still technically NMN, but you'll need to increase the dosage by about 30% if you want to absorb the same amount into your bloodstream as you would get from properly stored "true" NMN
@@zap_collection6511 How do you know if it's real or degraded? Is real like only liquid and degraded powder capsules or something? Just bought some capsules and have no idea
@@zap_collection6511 I asked Renue by Science about their NMN, this was their response: "Our NMN is a proprietary formulation of stabilized, crystalline nicotinamide mononucleotide optimized for potency, pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties.
We bioengineered our pure NMN to have thermostability and broader pH stability. We made structural modifications to improve its biochemical properties (e.g. optimum temperature and pH, thermal stability, acidic, alkaline stability and stress stability) and bio distribution.

Well Just took my Blood pressure in the morning resting its 117/67 down from 125/70 on NMN 6 months , going to add Fesitin a couple day a week for a month of so
Been taking NMN for about two weeks now, I don't really notice any energy boost. I do notice my desire to "go to bed" is stronger now though. Not like I'm tired, but my body just REALLY wants to go to sleep at the end of the day, so I've been going to bed earlier. Idk if it's because of that or what, but I found that waking up earlier than before (so getting about six hours of sleep) vs waking up at my normal time of 4am, which is about 7-8 hours, it's so much easier to get out of bed. But if I sleep those extra two hours I'm absolutely MISERABLE and it's so difficult to get out of bed. The number one thing I noticed was that after about 3 days, my skin became absolutely gorgeous. I remember walking into the bathroom one day and going "wow," because the change in my skin was so drastic that I looked like a different person. It was so weird that I immediately took a bunch of closeup photos of my face and compared them to photos I had taken of myself over the past couple years and these photos I look all looked like they had some kind of "filter" on them vs the old photos. Absolutely smooth complexion, immediate shrinkage of the wrinkle line around my mouth, and my skin just feels so smooth. I'm a guy, and the only way I can really describe it is that when I touch my skin, especially my face, it triggers memories of touching the girlfriend I had when I was 16. I remember how soft and smooth her skin felt, and my face feels exactly like that. I know that's a really weird analogy, but I don't know how else I can stress just how different my skin is now. I'm a 34 year old man, but I have the skin of a sixteen year old girl. My wife noticed the change too and started taking it herself and after about four days the same thing happened to her. She was already soft because she uses all kinds of lotions and stuff, but her complexion just looks like it's glowing, and her skin is incredibly supple and "moist."
That sounds awesome. I'll definitely tell my mum and sister about that. I feel like it's time for me to bite the bullet and try this out now. I'm 47 so I would definitely need it now, and hope to experience some targeted healing.
Yes :) And I went to the doctor recently for a check up and my BP was still low. However, I've got another idea what might be behind the change that I'm considering. Will share soon

I had heart failure and been taking NMN for 3 years 250mg a day but now 1000mg My heart failure was healed! My blood pressure was way too high now it is normal! (Found a place I can get 1 kilo for 150 a month
I started years ago with buying frozen for 10 grams for 300 bucks I heard the frozen is better but the 1 kilo for 150 a month is amazing
TIA!!
What website did you buy it from?
You make this posting but don’t state the source of the purchase. Why waste our time to make a statement and not back it up.
An impossible price. Most likely it is the price for nicotinamide only.
So is it $150 for a kilo or $150 for a month supply which would be 30g?
I haven't noticed any extra energy on NMN, NR or niacin. I've been taking these suppliments for at least 2 years now
How do you take them?

Thank you for your video, just curious, are you monitoring your blood so you can do a comparison too?
Great question!! No, I'm not watching any specific marker as of now. I'm just monitoring BP, HR, and HRV. Going to add some markers soon though
I have high cholesterol. I am curious to know if anyone reading this experienced better cholesterol results with NMN? Thanks
Try fish oil. It works on me.
I'd like to know that too. Did you ever try?
Will it turn white hair and breard into black?
Thanks for the feedback, my friend! I plan to make a more in-depth video about what I am taking with NMN as well. Warm hugs!
Really good stuff. Is there a resource you recommend to learn more?
Going paranoid...
So far I feel a little more energetic and have a little less brain fog. Not sure if I should be taking more Resveratrol for that amount of NMN. I’m 37

Great video brother. Did you just take NMN? Or did you stack it with something?
I also use other supplements. Quite a few, actually 🤣
I've seen that NMN can break down while sitting on the shelf, and should be kept refrigerated, I'm curious if this brand is shipped cold?
Thanks for all your great info, always enjoy your videos.
I had the same question!! Every brand is different. With NMN Bio, it can sit at room temp until the exp date which is a year I think 🤔
As such, refrigeration is not necessary."

Thanks for this question!! I'll talk about it soon!
Jesse, what is the difference in TRU Niagen,, an NMN?
TRU Niagen is NR. It's a different molecule. I've taken it too, but the leaders in this field tend to prefer NMN.
Hope it doesn’t happen to me, as I already have very low blood pressure & very high energy.
I need this, lol. What brand did you use? Did you take it with TMG? I'm 36 🤔
So it took 70 days before you noticed anything?
Lower blood pressure = longer life span.
Have you got more than one instrument to measure? I'd have to know for sure by having several devices to compare
Yes :) And I went to the doctor recently for a check up and my BP was still low. However, I've got another idea what might be behind the change that I'm considering. Will share soon
