Everybody trying to figure out how to go about increasing NAD should watch this! This is the most straight forward, informative video I've seen on the subject matter! Thank you!!!!
I combine the following: 1. Intermittent fasting (16-18 houers mon-fri) 2. Workout (3-4 times/week) 3. Cold showers (ends my shower with very cold water) 4. NAD+ supplements (eating for 4 months now). Never felt so good in my life and my skin is amazing, but do not get yourself into new routines without any moderate knowledge about them, and especially not fasting.
This is awesome and great advice to everyone, that you need to be informed about what you are trying and ensure that it’s suitable to you. Everyone is different and small changes with consistency is key!
I grew up with this .. m from Europe.. after a warm / hot shower rinse off with cold water .. thats an old one !! Tightens up your skin and gets your blood circulation going, etc … also rubbing yourself down with a loofa afterwards, if u hve the time !!!
My shoulders were hurting to the point where raising my arms caused sharp pain. After taking NAD supplements for a few weeks the pain was gone. This works for me!
It's a first time to see your video, you are well researched, intelligent, and sensible. I'd like it and I will check your channel in a future. Thank you for your work.
I have actually So legit started yesterday I felt more in person later like 3 hours later Today after taking it doing a slight jog I feel wired and focused I feel more like how I used to feel
I’m currently on day 3 from a liquid NAD+ & two weeks ago I had an injection (12/6/24). (I also had vitamin D shot(12/11/24). Currently waiting for my at home kit for self injection so cost is reduced down to $20/shot instead of $60+ at a facility. I definitely have more energy and my plantar fasciitis pain hasn’t returned after a long shift on concrete. ***check back in with me in 60 days. NAD needs to accumulate within the body.
From my understanding, there is very little research proving this. The majority being done on animals. Even if NAD did help with peripheral neuropathy, the products currently available are not regulated. This means that we cannot be sure they have the right ingredients or if they can even increase NAD levels.
First time watching, Ive subscribed happily as your content is relevant to what Im looking in to. New Zealand is such a small country in comparison to the big wide world. So coming across your Australian channel I just know Im going to benefit greatly 💯🙏. I came across this vid because I was learning about VitB3 in particular Niacinamide? Or the one that was suggested by Dr Berg that may help ADHD in adults? Anyways I look forward to learning more.
Thank you for your comment! I actually grew up in New Zealand. It's a beautiful country. Welcome to the channel, there is plenty more to come. ADHD is an area of interest of mine but I am still learning about it and want to get a better understanding before making any videos on the topic. Keep an eye out though because I will likely do some in the coming months.
If you are as young as Kamini, there is no need to take any supplement. If you are my age it is another matter. Been taking NMN for many years now and I think it's great. But I must add I've always combined it with exercise and a healthy lifestyle in general.
Does liposomal NAD actually raise NAD levels in the blood like NMN or NR does???? I have changed from NMN to L-NAD and I feel I am going backwards now.
I was searching for a honest non sponsored review on MNM, now i try to find an honest brand for 99% MNM powder, i have no clue who to believe and which website to trust. Anyone any sugestions on a brand recommendation?
The closest and with most evidence behind it would be vitamin B3 (niacin). This is what eventually turns into NMN and then NAD. But it's important to make sure you check whether you actually need a vitamin B3 supplement. If you eat a well balanced diet then it would be unlikely that it's needed.
At the moment I don't think there are any NAD products that are approved (at least not here in Australia). It is better/safer to use products that are precursors like vitamin B3 and NMN which have more regulation around them. I won't speak for any brands but if you are searching, make sure the product you are selecting is approved by the TGA (for Australia) or FDA (for America)
It is throu nmn work but make sure you must buy the product because a lot of scamer try to fake powder look for product and spend a little bit money to check with the lab or look for company sell the real ones and no how to us it there are a couple company that sell the real remember there is a couple company make other a lot are fake don't buy it
Talking about NMN. After taking nmn about a week later , one day, I black out and fainted and was admitted to the hospital. my heart beat became irregular from 80 per min a sudden jump to 155 within a sec and then drop to 55 per sec. No doubt it really good. the effect is awesome. It gives me the energy that no other vitamin B3 in markets is able to do the same like nmn . Now I have recovered but back to my normal self feeling sleepy and tired most of the time. I hope someone can give me a answer why am I getting such a negative effect after taking nmn. I can even provide the brand and contents.
Hi friend... Sorry to hear about your story. That sounds like Dysautonomia, which usually would be unrelated to the energy in your cells, but probably more related to mitochondrial dysfunction, chronically... There are many supplements you could take to improve your mitochondrial health, besides proper varied natural diet, exercise and proper sleep... It would not discourage me from using NMN, maybe delaying the re start day until you manage your metabolic health better (lose weight, etc), and until your Cardiologist rules out other dysrhythmias... Til then... Cheer up.👍👍

I take 2minute cold showers every morning. Only cold water, no warm.

If l may ask, how old are you and how many mg of NAD do you take. Thank you 🙏

You’re welcome!
Thanks for clearing up some of the misinformation out there - great video! 👍🏻
Thank you!
So much hype, so little evidence! I wish I'd watched this excellent presentation before wasting my money on NMN! :)
Just try it!
Do you really think NMN or NR can make a noticeable difference in how you feel, or is it all just hype? Let’s hear your thoughts!
Does it just “boost” your NAD levels? Or does it give the raw materials to make more NAD?
If it’s boosting, then what is lost in this process?
Exactly energy in is energy out energy is not free
I googled what would help peripheral neuropathy and it showed Nad. Now I'm a bit confused. Any insight on this?

may i ask..what milligrams are needed for our body .. daily ..

Fda removed NMN like a year ago from the market tho so what would be the alternative then?

@@LongGameHealth thanks for reply. I am 43 y.o so I am sure my NAD levels are not that high anymore. Do you recommend a brand that can help me that?

NMN works for me.
I liked it also until it was taken off the market. Where or what do you take?
Still on the market search @@SandiKL
I liked this review on nad supplements
Thank you.
Of course ‘energy’ is a lose term, so let’s explain what we really mean by the umbrella term: ENERGY
Thank you
